Citadel Mobile Banking

App is great. The only problem I have is that it stopped giving me notification when a payment is processed.

Easy to navigate. Fluid app. I like the ability to set notifications for activity on my accounts.

Overall a good app but problem with saving uncategorized payments. For example, When I buy groceries at Acme, it comes up as uncategorized. The app allows you to modify it to groceries. After another purchase at the same Acme supermarket, it comes up uncategorized again. This happens with multiple other retailers as well. It's totally inconvenient to have to keep going in to name categories for the same retailers with each purchase.

This is THE absolute worst app as it pertains to mobile check deposits. So much so, if they don't improve this feature I'm leaving the bank! The camera takes blurry photos and zooms in too far. I have multiple checks to deposit and have retried 10 or more times per check! Very, Very, Very frustrating! And it's not my phone because I've never had this issue with my personal account. I just joined this bank and this is my second time depositing over 15 checks, more in the future. Fix it, PLEASE!

Every time I try to access my account it says network connectivity error. Server cannot be reached at this time. Can't do any of my banking,and I am in Florida! and

This app is great I don't live near a citadel branch and the app provides everything I need

I also haven't been able to deposit checks remotely since the most recent update. My phone's camera is fine, but in the app it's extremely dark and blurry. I can point it directly at a lit 60w lightbulb and it looks like a lightning bug. Please fix this. 3/27 - Decided to try and uninstall/reinstall the app. That did the trick and I was able to make a remote deposit again. Try this if you're having the dark and blurry camera issue with your remote deposits!

Thank you for the reply, I forgot to update rating after problem was fixed. The app works great, my only minor problem is the phones back button doesn't work inside an account you have to click the back arrow in app. Outside of that the app runs very smooth, is filled with options and details. I also love the new look still by far my favorite Bank!

It's every thing I need to view all my transactions and helps me to budget money and save.

My experience with Citadel bank at York and County Line in in Pennsylvania is always Pleasant I deal with Bella and the last time Moon both very helpful. **********************************************

Remote deposits no longer works after the latest update.

Its a Wonderful Bank Very friend, willing to help & work with their customers. I highly recommend

Big detraction. Opens new view in a new window and fails to close prior windows. Requires lots of extra keystrokes just to exit the app completely when you're done. Also its eBill does not support CapOne or Chase bank credit card accounts, in particular. Payments must be entered manually each month. Works for Amex and others. Booo-o-o-o !

For the past 2 weeks and counting, I have not been able to use this app bc of loading issues. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and NOTHING!!!!- What if my card off?, I wouldn't be able to connect to put it on.- Absolutely Horrible app!!!!

I have been trying to pay my bill online which I have done since I've had the account and for 3 days and today was told app had been updated and I needed to go to pkaystore and updated. That resulted in the app disappearing Currently trying to get it back. Very frustrated. Will ask for paper bill in future.

Worked great until the last update. Now it no longer logs in. It accepts the password and I get a notification that a valid password was entered, but it remains on the login screen. Useless until fixed. As of 12/30/18 this still has not been resolved. Sometimes it even forgets my login info immediately after telling my my password was accepted. Usually force stopping the app causes it to work for one or two logins before the issue returns.

App has been great for years. Since the last update, I cant get past the loading screen. Can log in once as soon as I turn my phone on but that's it after. Loading just keeps spinning. NOT GOOD!! I check my account several times a day and now I cant log in

I was hesitant to connect my cell to my bank account but I haven't had any problems yet.

Easy to use and setup

Since the latest update, app doesn't work more often than it does work. Consistently can't log in. Verification error, login attempts exceeded. Changed password. Tried passcode. When the stars align, it works maybe once every ten times attempted. Frustrating enough to write this and leave 1 star.

I have been a Citadel customer for 10 years. The mobile app makes my life much easier. I can manage all of my finances in one place. Mobile check deposit, internal and external transfers and credit card payments are hassle free. The security is top notch.

Love this app!! Has countless different features other apps don't! Great for checking and savings and switching or transferring between the two. Always up to date, great savings ops! Couldn't ask for a more efficient banking app! Highly recommend!!

App keeps crashing ... Called and they confirmed of their on line banking app being down. Not good and inconvenienced when traveling to keep an eye out on my $$$$$ and transactions from scammers. I get it that it's technology .. But 2 times in less than a week.. Not good in your IT department for banking.

I have used this for years, it worked great until a few weeks ago. I have uninstalled, installed changed password. it works for one log in then stops working. I hope it gets fixed soon. I use android.
