Latest update ruined the app. There's now an overlay that blocks the app's interface, most likely an overlay to serve ads or other information. Looks like web/desktop strategy being copy pasted on mobile web.

I wonder why others are saying it's a good app, while it can't play on my phone for more than a minute without going off. At times it keeps buffering for long yet the phone has memory and the network is ok...

The app is a good source of information and updates. The news are well reported with relative ease of reading. Just one problem to fix: please allow for the option to highlight and copy the information as sometimes one need to share with others in different platforms. Thanks for bringing news home. It is such a major app.

The TV is now worse. Crashing frequency has increased. I rate it, generally,, as BELOW AVERAGE, 2 strong. The TV is disappointing!

I don't enjoy this app at all because anytime it keeps on pausing and it always say "the video can't play trying again later" what that mean? Pliz help because it peased me off I can't enjoy news and thapki useless app

The app used to be perfect, however, it reached a point where it keeps on stopping whenever I try to open. I have tried to clear the cache besides the storage data and updated it but to no avail. Tied of this..

Great news and also fast but I can't verify my phone number and my uploads are never published. 2star for that!

The app is great 👌 but improve on citizen tv and live event channel, when all go live at ance one stops the other, for instance live event app plays while stopping, and citizen tv too can't be accessed at that moment, but when one only is on air, it workers well, other tv channels ie Inooro Ramogi are 🆗👍 same to radio are well received.

I could give it a five star if you could enhance the app to show if a story is being published or not... And also I have a problem getting the OTP...

The app works well ,,,it updates some of us who cant catch uo with news time,,,but its doesnt work well with Airtel bundles,,,the coverage is very poor

The app is great... but I just can't verify my number yet if says the otp was sent successfully. Plus when you post at mwananchi reporting... you where supposed to be paid right? I posted something but I've neither seen it nor been paid

This app is so bad i wonder how you all be saying how good it is it has been 12hrs since i downloaded it and when i have register and it has reached at the point of number verification until now the otp has not reached my number and it is just saying otp sent succesfully rubbish am so disapointed😥😥😥😢😢😢

The app keeps on posing,is not good at all very boring

Overall it's a great app. Phone screen goes off when watching tv(like it would normally do when you are not using your phone) which is annoying because you have to keep touching your screen to avoid that. Please work on that

This is a fantastic app. Simple installation. I am in Bungoma. I have tried all RM stations. Receptions is great. Watched TVs-the signals are wonderful. The News, wow! Almost as good as free and very indepth. Very minimal data consumption. Kazi nzuri sana Citizen Digital!

No way of controlling quality. I need a lower quality to save on data

The app is good but while on live TV it keeps loading everytime despite of strong internet connection...improve that

The coverage is recommendable although tackling it to me is hectic and pervasively diminishing it's quality. Kindly improve it's quality , let the kids be favoured by offering some optional entertainment to children.

It's good though the aspect ratio is a bit small. It's not as clear as the other app. Full screen doesn't fit the whole screen ie. For TV

Please arrange ur news stories beginning with the most recent at the top moving outwards. Shouldn't this just be standard practice? The waiguru collection of signatures story that was yesterday at the top is still at the top while other fresh content are below it. I find this weird

Very poor app. I just downloaded it the first time and watched tv live but on opening it the second time, it just can't play the tv live.!! Only that I hear sounds... Pathetic
