This is not an app made by government. Private app. It's asking for critical permissions and won't run unless granted mandatorily. Beware!! Can be a threat to privacy. Sadly I can't complain against my neighbour for noise pollution. They're really disturbing us. CBSE board exams aren't over yet.
Whenever I open after few days it needs update, what a headache
I installed app but after installing the App is not working and when I open this "somthing went wrong" message is showing.
I want to rate it minus 5 star ... it doesnt have feature , that it shows . What a waste of time .. I wanted to complaint about the neighbor... but there is no option in app, but option is shown in the images on install page on Google play store. Total waste.
Nothing is working in application. Corona alert asking to check user details where the hell those are. My safe zone asking to fence first, nothing to fence. Need to much of work in app. Idea is really nice but this need to be in working condition else all is waste. Another this all took too many of unnecessary permissions.

I can't check my stolen phone complaint status. It always shows blank. Please fix this. edit: nothing improved in the new version. still can't look up report status. My report status is blank as usual. Corona alert section always freezes the app. It's surprising how a 3rd class app became the official app for Police.
Very helpful in getting mobile numbers of Police Officers. Yet, posting complaint on this platform is not that effective. That has to be worked. Yet, overall a great thing to happen. Have been using it practically since it's launch 🙏👍
It does work. But the response we get is always late as usual. I lost my phone and found after 6 months. No police station was ready to accept my application. So i posted the application here and it is resolved.
Worst & useless app!! Do not install
The App is not loading itself, after all the efforts , it is taking 15 20 min but still not starting. Have tried it installing it on multiple phones of my house , but is just loading Local admin not listening only, unless a complaint is lodged here.
such a worst app created by government no use. When we enter the complain number in the lookup. It shows northing. And if we enter wrong number then it should to be show error popup but it doesn't show anything..and slow app poor app worst app please improve this app for indian citizen
Here's no any good experience, I reported for my stolen mobile but I didn't get any progress report or any response. I get only blank spot for my complaint query. Please feed some response on blank complaint report or just close this app, I personally feels that this app is just for time pass.
I cannot report anything - the options in the screenshots don't match the ones in the App itself. Feels deceptive for downloads.
Today I updated my app but when I open the app then displayed message please update version 4.2.66 and exit the app when I already updated my version with 4.2.67 , too much irritating with this error and didn't open the app
No use of this app only you can upload your receipt or report of your stuff noone will care what is happening. Even you cannot check status because onone is going to search or trace your stuff.
Useless app. Please do not waste time on this. When you put in the app., a phone call will come asking some questions which nobody knows. The maximum they do is forward. Then they keep ringing up to know what is status.

No one is taking care weather this app is working or not. So insted of wasting memory uninstalling the app. let me know once it will start working.

It asks for the update and when you click the update button it redirects to playstore where there is no update plus if you click cancel it exits the app we are unable to use this app pathetic ux developers
Totally useless app. Unable creat new account. Not recommeded. Lots of lacuna. Developers are not paying attention. Uninstall immidiately.
wrost app fitst payment option is wrost cash not available this is not fair Payment option was also to be made by cash credit debit card. If a poor person wants only one or two packets, what will he do with 10 packets?
I don't know why this app made when out of 100 only 30 % case solve .I Thought app is just for fooling or avoiding cases and no one see about cases .when ever you put case incident it always show new case.
