It's great when it works! But I can not get it to work with my fingerprint and I'm tired of having to make a new password every 3months!! That's ridiculous! I am running out of passwords. Now I can't even get in with my password and I've been on the phone with bank half the damn morning because I keep getting locked out!! And the bank has no clue whats going on with it. It's got to be the app..FIX THE DAMN APP PLEASE!!
I would give it a 5 but it quit letting me use my fingerprint to log in and I have to enter my password and answer security questions everytime I log in. I called to get help and they recommended I delete and reinstall the app, which I did but it is still doing the same thing. Its just frustrating.
Constantly crashes and locks me out as well as fingerprint constantly doesnt work telling me additional authentication required not enough detail about pending transactions or user features available most basic banking app I've ever used
Always difficult to gain access online. Password requirements are tedious. Otherwise similar to other banking aoos.
Smooth, easy and if problem comes up english speaking office is phone call away.
App keeps popping up saying app is being stopped all the time.

Access is horrible. Sometimes it will let you view your account and sometimes it won't. Haven't been able to log in for almost two weeks.
Needs to show more info on pending transactions.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is the worst banking app! Constantly crashing and locking me out. Asks for me to manually put on my password and security questions, then tells me the answers to my questions are wrong. The only way to fix it is by going on a browser and changing my security questions. I have also had to Uninstall and re-install several times due to its crashing.
