For about a week ive been getting nothing but an endless white screen .
It is just OK. I dont have anything to compare it to. The finger print recognition is a nice easy way to log in. I wish I did not have to re enter my password just to transfer funds between accounts, like from my savings to my checking or vise versa.
Ok, I would like to retract my earlier 1 star review as it appears to be back up and available to use again on my phone and I'm back to super happy with this ap. I'm not typically one to even post a review let alone 2 but I really do love the convenience of this ap when in full force. Thank you for making it easy to use and available at all.
Can deposit checks, make external transfers, and anything else I'd expect to do through a bank, all in the app within seconds. Very nice.
Works fine, like instant balance and depositing checks electronically. I wish they offered two step authentication.

Change your password every 3 days or you will have problems. Updates that add no functionality frequently.

When it works it's good, but it's more than once left me stranded in situations where I couldn't transfer my money when I needed it

When the app works for me it works pretty good. I haven't been able to login for the past month. When I load the app it is just unresponsive and I cannot click on anything. I've called to get it fixed and was just told to try uninstalling and reinstalling. It's just sad that the app works perfectly fine and then they update and it becomes unusable. For this reason I'm giving it a 2/5 A less than average/acceptable performance for an app that is otherwise a 3.5/5 When it works.
