Citizens Bank Mobile Banking

Little behind the times, tech wise, but pretty sturdy app. Wish they would keep the big red flag messages gone once you clear them.

I really like having access my bank account right at my fingertips, with this app. The app used to be a bit "bad" (slow, annoying layout, etc). Some very minor changes have resulted in major improvements.

App is (worthless); have tried everything un-install, clear cash, power off ,Re-ins, etc: Only going to thier web sight then sign in works, so there no need for a mobile app. Whole Ideas is so you can see your information in detail. Not to call and be on endless HOLD! It has take 15 days for a money order to clear let alone a personal check. An the ATM'S are not on other networks to make CASH or Check deposits☹ 🤖 Come On!

Good experience with the app. An occasional kink in the system and I do have to call customer service on occasion but it is quickly fixed.

The app does have some hard times loading but I'm sure that just might be my phone. I like seeing how much money I have right on the home screen and how much I can currently spend. Pretty relyable app

This app was was working before it was updated. Now I cannot get into my app at all. I tried uninstalling it, and installing it restarting my phone but nothing. Please fix app

The layout of the front page is a little difficult items are too close together and you can hit the wrong one sending your account non-workable

Great app to keep you up to date on banking. They make it easy and it's better because the staff is awesome citizens bank has been good to me for years

As a senior citizen, this is one the most user friendly apps I use. Safe, secure and easy to understand. I virtually do all my bank business on this app.

Works at like 90% most of the time. Doesn't always display all transactions.

Does good now after the previous update... before I couldn't log on and now its more consistent... so keep it up and running smoothly

Need easier access to checking balance without having to open app.

I love this app it has always been a very good functioning application. I would recommend it if you bank with citizens bank

Love it!! I can transfer when I need to, especially when I am out of town. Also to check my balance.

Functions well. Reasonably intuitive. Really appreciate the mobile check deposit feature.

Never got it to work on my phone.told set it with my home computer and all I had was tablet and it didn't help with that app

It would be better to get notices when they put holds on your debit card (for things like donating to Bernie Sanders or buying things from England). A note saying they locked it down would be better than a bad surprise.

can't get passed the login, trying to start as new user but instead it keeps taking me to forget password.

The app is great, I just can't seem to get the mobile deposit to work. It says I need to log into the app when I'm already logged into the app?

I can not deposit checks with the app. It keeps saying to log into the mobile app.

App isn't really user friendly. But because it's the only one for this bank it's tolerable.

I cannot deposit a check. It keeps telling me to log in to the app, and I already am. Please fix this!

Piece of junk app yea I can see my balance but can't mobile deposit so its completely useless

Now I don't have to call to check my balance. I can see all my transactions. I love it.
