This is the best bank that I know!! The people are fantastic and very knowledgeable!! Won't use another bank.. I just wish they would build one in Greeneville, TN!!
This app crashes to many times. I am constantly having to delete the app and install it again. Other than that it serves its purpose.
This app constantly has error messages and crashes. You have to reinstall so many times.

Okay, when it works. Has a lot of problems. Often fails to log in, various errors. When it does work, the information you can see is limited. When viewing your account history, the app doesn't hold your place if you switch to another app. Instead, it reloads the whole page and starts back at the top. Not many features, overly simple, and often fails to function.
unable to use app on Android phone 4.4.2 nor my tablet! Useless. Says not connected to Internet. All other apps work just fine.
Works great for making deposits, transfers, checking balances, and bill payments! Saves time!
Over a year ago I complained because you could not view the transactions on my phone app. It actually is possible!!!! You have to log on website from your PC and change your display settings under options. I spoke with Roger at the Elizabethton branch and he walked me through it step-by-step. You must change it to view 30 days of transactions because the phone cannot load all transactions. Roger is my new bestie! Thanks pal!
I've read other reviews and I've decided not to update, too many people unhappy with the update.
I open my account with Scott if Elmwood Hertel branch! I was promised by Scott, that I would receive $100 promotion for opening the account! And that my grandmother would receive, money for referring me to the bank! It's a shame to this day I have not received any kind of promotion! When on that day I open the account! Scott who is an employee with Citizens Bank, SAT there in front of me and put the promotion in the computer! And said that everything is good . I feel it's very or shamed with Citizens Bank.
This updated app is not very good. It works for looking at your available balance, and that is about it. The older version worked much better. This update needs a functional update!
I downloaded this app and deleted my original one. Then I saw that the online bill pay feature wasn't on this one so I had to go find the old one and reinstall it.
Only thing I can get is my balance. Junk!!!!

Got a new phone had to reinstall this app. Now I can't get into this app, because I don't know my bank by net ID, because I always used remember me. And it always put it in for me.. There's no place to reset password or bank by net ID information. How do I get back into this app without my information if there is no way to add it back in it?
