GETTING STARTEDYou must be a current Citizens Bank Online Banking customer to use the mobile app. Sign-up or log into your account at www.cbtenn.com and complete the Mobile Banking enrollment section under the Options tab. You will then receive instructions via text message to download and activate the mobile app.

I love the mobile banking it helps me to keep an eye out for transactions that I have not made, and I always know what transactions have cleared and how many are pending. Citizen Bank has always been there for my family when we have needed help Thanks to all of the Hartsville/Gallatin employee's and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's

I've had this app for a while now and it works very well! Actions like checking your balance or transferring funds are very fast and easy, as are the rest of the features it includes.

Easy to use & great bank to work with!
Would be nice if mobile deposits would be available sooner. Also would be nice to have notifications when debit card is declined for fraud purposes when those transactions dont show up on the app so we can catch declined attempts. App is accurate and easy to use.
