Citizens Bank of Kansas

This app only works about 75% of the time. I'm tired of having to uninstall and reinstall it. It has been showing me an error code for the past week, and this isn't the first time. It is not convenient to open the app and it shows an error before I can even try to log in and then having to go to the browser to log in to look at my account from there, all because the app didn't work in the first place. Apps are for convenience, fix your app, so it's convenient like it should be.

It's useful when it works, but right now it's not showing a balance or anything to do with numbers except bills paid in the last couple months. EDIT: It is now super buggy and sends crash errors even when it isn't open.

Not a fan. It always messes up login information, 80% of the time I have to uninstall and reinstall because it won't load or open, and no, its not my phone. Also DO NOT spend money during your weekend because you'll wake up hundreds or thousands short because they suck at updating your balances. CBK is a inconvience. Theyll tell you that you are wrong and you never had the money you say you had and then Monday morning your money pops back up. Hmm 🤔

Rarely have any issues with this app! If there was such a circumstance, a quick call to the bank and the friendly tellers ALWAYS are of great help!

Have never had an issue with any aspect of this app. I dont use mobile deposit very often, but its very easy and quick.

constant issues with this app. I never had any issues with the old app for verus bank. this one is horrible enough im considering changing banks.

This app has made checking my account balance and trabsaction history totally effortless. I'm not a fan of collecting paper receipts so this is perfect for me.

Love the mobile deposit feature. I just love Verus/CBOK. Been with them almost 30 years and would not change. They are always courteous and willing to help.

Overall not a bad ap. A little bigger on the screen than I like. Hard to have both the bank ap and my checking ap at the same time like I could with the Verus ap.

I continually get messages that the app is not working. This is the only app on my phone that does this.

I do honestly love this bank they have dealt with issues they honestly never should have had to deal with in the modern world and I never could ask for a faster and more professional group of individuals who have been with me since I was 14 years old and from my home town. Again love cbk to the end.

tough to use the mobile deposit constantly having issues. shows my balance as British pounds instead of dollars.

Like the app only improvement to have deposits show in another color to make them easier to see.

Really like the automated focus and picture-taking of checks.

The people at th Winfield branch are always helpful and very nice.

Have to keep reinstalling it because it won't show the log in boxes

Keeps lagging and doesnt log me out automatically.

When it works It's a 4.5 but most of the time I can't get on so that's a 0.

This app doesn't even open on my phone, it only says that there is an error.

Crashes constantly and just plain old sucks

Difficult to use personal and business accounts, no easy way to shift between them.

Easy to use and functional app.
