Wonderful bank! Friendly neighborhood bank that knows you by name ,and for me, by my handwriting! Very nice tgey don't have all the fees for checking accounts and minimum balances etc. It is a bank that is set up for the common person that is just scratching outva living. Thank you Citizen's Community Bank!
Terrible, cumbersome interface makes it harder to use than the desktop site while on mobile.
App is not working right 2 times in a row I use it and the amount of check has shown up different from what I typed in guess I will be going back to the old way going to the bank in person
It's a good app. I just hate that it won't remember your mobile id number. That really needs to be fixed since that number v Is 12v digits long. The icon also looks weird and could be improved.
This app is problematic for me. Every once in a while it will say my I'd or password is incorrect when it hasn't changed then I have to call the bank and have them change it to get into my app.
