Great app, first bank app I could ever reliably log in with. Good layout, gets the job done quick and eady. No surprises
I hadn't done mobile deposit for some time but instructions were good so I was successful. Will do this regularly in the future. 😊
Always have to sign in twice, can't take a picture of checks and I am pretty stable holding the phone.
I have suddenly begun to get a pattern security screen come when opening the app. I did not activate it and have no way of deactivating it. It only comes up on my phone and not other devices.
I have a 5 digit payment requirement ($18,000), but this system will only allow a max of a 4 digits payment ($9,000), so I must make 2 seperate payments. My account has more than enough funds to cover the total transaction. why not allow any size?
Had a rocky start but it's getting better will update in future
Had to reinstall app to get check deposit to work and had the latest version. This app needs to be more robust. If I am away from home I want to be sure I have something reliable.

it took me a while to find my Bill pay icon,why do people feel the necessity to change for Matt all the time? is it to justify their job position? It was fine well enough left alone. Old people hate change you know!
It takes days for deposits to come thru. I have direct deposit and it does not show up at midnight as it should. Seems to be several days behind in all transactions.
it took me forever to get the picture to take. 30 minutes total and when I logged in it wouldn't accept my password so I had to get a new password. very frustrating
Pretty clean app. Use it regularly for check deposits; saves a lot of unnecessary trips to the bank.

Always have problems taking picture. Have to do it manually. I uninstalled and reinstalled already, too.
I get really stressed because sometimes the info is not correct. But maybe an hour or two later it has been corrected.
Not able to setup eBills and Citizen's doesn't (won't) send notifications to your cellphone or email that any of your accounts were accessed.
App is good. I gave it a 4star because there is no way you can print any receipts. It would be helpful.
So easy to move my money from savings to checking without going to the bank. The app is very user friendly.
my computer would not connect, so I tried the app. hopefully it will work great.
While it is a convenience to have an operational banking application on the phone, this particular app does not live up to the standards set by the market. Balances take an annoying amount of time to post, notifications for vital information does not seems to ever work and when it does it is several days late. Ultimately unimpressed considering my experience with other banking apps.
