Current Version 6.0.43 QR code Scan doesn't work in your latest version. You have said this hasn't been fixed. I have this exact version and scan doesn't work. Please fix it. This is a critical feature to not to work.
Best app experience!!! After using this app for more than a year. It offers various payment methods like IME pay, khalti, Esewa, etc and has easy operation in terms of accessibility and ease of use. This needs dark mode and new layout because this layout is similar ni all bank apps. Similar to other bank app but a little better placed format and template.
This app is truly disappointing 👎. It shows error in every of the transactions since so many days and no one even bothered to fix it. I urgently needed to do some payments somewhere and this app is not even working . What is the purpose of installing app if we can't even use mobile banking in this lockddown? I regret having my account here and soon closing my bank account also. So unprofessional of you, not fixing this error since weeks. Transaction is the first serious thing to think about
My payment was successful for mobile topup but no money came in my mobile sim 🙄 shows transaction error but balance has been deducted and electricity bill not paid but amout debited 2 times i think this app needs some repairs
App serves it's purpose very well, once we login. The only problem is it fails to login when we really need to use it. EMBARRASSMENT🙄
why do we have to update pin and all passwords even if I don't want to. I forgot the passwords and pins. can't get into the account. Also, sms or email could have been sent for resetting passwords and pin. Login blocked 😟
Today on 08/04/2022 this app is not working at the time of need. Unable to open the app ,if your server is down at least inform the customer first. Otherwise no complaints for this app..the app has had relevant features for payment. Thank you
Excellent app. After the update the app has really stepped up the game. both the gprs and sms based system works fantastic. Prefer the GPRS version better as it is more intuitive. The fund transfer feature has become much easier than ever. Overall a great app for the banks customers
Worst app !! Developers wake up and do something .... Every time i try to login it says i need to update my app .... I have updated it , uninstalled and installed again ... switch on/off everything i did.....fix it ASAP or i need to switch to other banks just because of the app !!!!!!
I am quite new to Citizens Smart and have installed it. The problem is I can not open it and it say either your phone No. or password is incorrect. I have checked both and found correct. Could you please advise me what should be the problem?
The payment section shows no data in my device, because of this i cannot load my esewa as well as khalti app. I cannot make payment through fone pay as well, it shows error during the transition.
Can you people in app development built this app for old android version upto android kitkat 4.4.4 version bcoz i am not able to install this new version after recent updates. I cannot afford buying new device to install this app only. I have to change my bank near my house if app developer only focus to new android version only. I m posting this from my relatives device. After i updated app i have been facing proble with the transaction.As soon i put my transaction pin and press ok ..it replies with internal issues..I dnt know how to fix this...Nearest branch office did only reset my pin and the same problem persist !!!
Always sms system error. Due to your system error we are having to pay sms charge only without knowing whats going on. Very disappoint with service.
I'm disappointed with the app because it does not allow me to do payments to any of the platforms available. The service is faulty and the app is useless.

I cant even login. Even though everything is correct, it keeps showing the mobile number doesnt match with the account number.
I filled up the form for mobile banking and was told that I would receive a code through sms... its been a month and m still waiting 😅. p. s. I know the issue doesn't relate to app itself but where else would I complain, eh?
No payment facility available as of now. So this means, Balance checking is the sole purpose of this app. No wallet load, no topup nothing. Garbage app.
Before last December 31 working this apps but same after next day start a new year 1 January 2022 don't open this app what's the happen dear sir..now I'm in abroad so how we transaction and see the account balance.
Worst bank ever They debited my money which has to be debit, but they debited without my permission, I'm felt insecure in this bank and also suggest other not to open account in this bank also close the account if they have opened.
Payment facility is not available in such a way how to do electronic transactions and what is the use of this mobile banking. Let the bank pay attention to this. Thank you!

App opens but the screen is blank except for my name at top. no buttons, no options.
I forgot my login account password and failed multiple logins, then my login account is blocked. There's nothing which explains how can I change my password or unblock my account.
I couldn't transfer money to esewa and when I tried purchasing airlines ticket from this app, it deducted the balance from my account, but I didn't get any message or email for the ticket purchase (which normally does). I don't think my ticket was purchased. And now the app wont even open. It just freezes on the welcome screen.
