It keeps kicking me our my account so I never know how much money I have on my account unless I call the bank myself and that's annoying.
Awful bank and outdated app. Don't believe the 5 and 4 star reviews, they are older customers just marveling at the internet. This app runs just as rough as they run the actual bank. My card gets shut off constantly to check for "fraud" just because I'm in the next town over filling up my tank. They've actually advised me to just stop visiting gas stations owned by foreigners when I've complained about it before. What a disgusting notion. Citizens national bank isn't were you want your money.
Friendly knowledgeable people . I have enjoyed meeting wade at the staff at the waitsboro office. Wade is both professional and friendly! I'll never bank any place else

Needs brought up to par with other banking apps, like fingerprint login, etc. Not alot of functionality with this app. Cant screen shot your account either.
You can take a picture of your check and deposit instantly! :-) :-)
Can't log in anymore it always says general error. Loved it when it worked but now it's just extremely frustrating!!! Its been doing this for about a month now. Please fix it.
Get a lot of "errors occured" when trying to log in or get in & going to transition. Un installed then reinstalled but didn't help. Galaxy Note2 user.
I think they made the right decision to create an android app even for a small corporation. Way to go!
I have been banking with CNB my whole life. They truly do care about the community and their customers and this is just another tool that proves that!
Great app just hate how I have to login from computer to update my email. I've had the same email for 8 years

The android version has not had an upgrade improvement since 2018. After setting up the biometric sign in, after a short while it no longer opens and displays a "communication error" message. I've sent emails to the developers but received no reply. I spoke several times by phone to the internet banking customer service rep at my local bank branch and was told they would contact the developer. There has been no attempt to resolve this ongoing issue. Please update this app.
