This was my first time using the app to deposit a check. It was fairly easy except that my hands are not exactly steady so it did take several tries before getting a good pic taken. Other than that, it's quick and easy and especially useful when I can't get to a bank/ATM to deposit my check.

Very easy to use. Can do just almost anything with my accounts, allows easy payments and transfers and can even link my other bank accounts with other institutions easily. VeraBank didn't wonderful job, customer service chats are very helpful, emails answered immediately and response time for anything is exceptional. I enjoy my experience with this app and the ease it has provided with the COVID restrictions and all we are in right now. I feel like I'm standing in the lobby each time I log in.

doesnt update enough. needs the kinks worked out. they should have at least worked out major bugs before launching but they were so preoccupied with getting out for the name change that they didn't care to actually better the app itself. Probably going to switch to chase for the better app and more user-friendly interface.

Great app! Can do anything I need to do right from my phone, and if I ever have a problem customer service is very responsive and quick to assist and fix any issues I might be having. I can transfer money to my accounts at other banks, easily transfer to other VeraBank customers, send money to family and friends with ease and peace of mind right from my banking app. Bill Pay is great all my monthly bills can be paid quickly and easily from my checking account and payment always arrives on time!

App has been down 2 days straight. I can't deposit a check or do anything at all. It just gives an application error . I even reinstalled it. I guess I will be making a trip to the bank tomorrow. This needs to be fixed. Customer service was very helpful and did get it working for me again

Please make picture capture silent, or have a feature to make it silent. I have all phone settings set to silent, but when I go to take a picture through the app to deposit a check, it is absurdly loud. App is great otherwise.

This app has made my banking experience so much easier. It's simple. Cut and dry. And explains everything in detail. UPDATE Well Thanksgiving came and gone, now Christmas is in sight. Checked the bank account last weekend on the app and had X amount of dollars. Monday rolls around and was negative,and got hit with 2 overdraft fees. Then checked again on Tuesday. Things that the statement said had already been processed and taken out days before had been changed and got hit with more fees! FIX

App overall works great, but the bank itself does have its issues. Unable to display information on the app and website at times, mobile deposit doesn't always work, and if you deposit a check on a Friday and you are a few cents off (in my case yes I mess it up, I put in 42 cents instead of 47. It was deposited around 3PM) but it takes until Monday EVENING to properly deposit. Sure hope you don't get stranded like I did because of a slow banking process. Showed I had it, then overdrawn later.

Useless. Almost every day when you attempt to log into the app you get "We are currently unable to display your information at this time." I have that memorized because I've seen it so often. I use this app to transfer funds from one acct to the other and even when you try to bypass the app and go directly to the website, 'personal online banking and the VeraBank app are currently unavailable. Please try again later' No, thanks, I'd like access to my money when I need it. Looking for a new bank.

Often terribly slow to process phone deposits, constantly failing to recognize amounts, signature, date, etc requiring more waiting. Have spent 10 minutes to deposit 3 checks at times. Otherwise functionality seems ok part with other banks.

Application Error. Forgot password. Having the hardest time trying to reset password theough this app. Been trying this since yesterday. When I called to get help was told that it may be "my phone." Just there was another way to resolve this. Unnecessary!!

My only complaint is it doesnt give the option to have my debit card purchaes sent instantly to me text message. I like an option like that B/C it would instantly let me know an unauthorized use occurred in real time.

Please do something about the freakishly loud shutter sound when depositing a check. I can't find a setting for this anywhere and even have my phone muted but still it goes off. Five stars if this gets fixed.

I opened a checking account with y'all very recently and I created a login for the website/this app. Everytime I log into the app it lets me log in but says "no account found." What did I do wrong?
