Citizens National Bank Mobile

a few weeks ago I would have rated this app at 5 stars, but now it will freeze up on me and will not load. When I attempt to use it, the screen background turns brilliant blue with the CNB logo in the middle and freezes up. Very disappointing and absolutly useless as it is. It is no 29 June 2021. App works as it should. I like it better than several others that I have used. I change my rating to 5 stars.

balances of current and available seem to change often and gets stressful and confusing. Also, app uses too many caracters to describe a transaction line. then you can't get any more info about that particular transaction like you can with hand written checks. Most sellers financial account names are TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the name of the entity you thought you purchased from, (when trying to figure out what was purchased, and where your money went..)

I don't know what has happened to this app but it went from great to not so great. It separated days and you could distinguish payments, deposits, and balances. Now a month is all grouped into a mess. Updated app is not good!!

App works well but it is always behind on notifications of transactions. Other than that it is very convenient and worth the time fo download and use the app. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Five months ago I would have rated a five now I am not happy with the app the notifications does not notify as it should and the solution that I was given by a bank employee was not to nit use it and that the information given on the app is deceiving. Which doesn't help when I'm losing money. Not happy at all.

App works very well! I wish the app would allow me register my Readicard for travel purposes so I wouldn't have to call the bank each time I go on a trip.

The biometric login went away. Not sure what happened. Was so easy and convenient now I have to use my actual password. Otherwise it's fine. Bring fingerprint login back!!!

I truly enjoy having this app on my phone it makes things so much easier to take care of my finances without having to do all the driving and calling I truly give it a five-star rating

App is easy to use. Although when your deposits first hit your account it may take a few tries for your information to load in the system.

I absolutely LOVE it. It saves time from having to run to the bank, always available 24/7

It is easy to do various banking functions. Really easy to move about on the site itself...

I love using this app. I can see all my transactions. I can also transfer funds over from my account.

Just don't understand why it takes sooo looong for deposits and "current" information to go through, and or updated.. "They" SURE TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!

Since the pandemic the drive through move very quickly and the teller has been very nice .
