Apparently around the same time as the update to the system Citizens Trust Bank made a new app, added it to the Google Play store and told no one. I've been looking for answers for weeks when I stumbled upon an answer. More horrible customer service.
The worst! After 2 days the new updates won't download, which won't allow access to online banking. This has happened twice in the past; quite inconvenient.
Online banking was a breeze Until it was "NEW AND IMPROVED. " Now I have to log in from the website. The app will not allow me to log in.
I've been banking with CTB for 4 years now and, for the most part, I've enjoyed my experience. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this bank for many more years to come.
Unable to access my account. Each time I reboot it I can access it one time and then no more and then I have to reset it again.
limited capabilities (check deposit) no real time alerts on transactions. No balance notifications.
Terrible app. Three times this week I could not get into the app for several apps.
user friendly .....but if enter tabs don't work on app use the enter arrow on your keyboard
Does what I need. Very excited about mobile deposits for business accounts (call to enable). SunTrust couldn't do it.... so YAY CTB!

I recently used the app. It was easy to operate.
I have to log in, answer security questions and then log in again. It's a headache!!! I called the bank and they said I was locked out. No. I can get it after putting in the info several times. Total headache. It's supposed to be quick and to the point but it's definitely not! Plus the app itself lacks what other banks offer.
