Citrix Files
With your Citrix Files account and app, you can:
Access
-Access files and folders located in your Citrix Files account.
-Edit files located in your Citrix Files account (not available on all plans).
-Download and upload files between your Citrix Files account and mobile device.
-Sync files in your Citrix Files account from all of your devices.
Share
-Share or sync multiple files with multiple users at once.
-Email files from your Citrix Files account, mail or Gmail apps on your mobile device.
-Request files and provide secure links for recipients to upload files to your Citrix Files account.
Manage
-Set custom access permissions to files and folders for individual users.
-Specify a passcode for additional protection for your Citrix Files account.
-Add users to existing folders in your Citrix Files account.
-Use your Citrix Files account as a secure file manager.
-Remotely wipe or lock your Citrix Files account in the event of a lost or stolen mobile device.
If you have a Citrix Files Enterprise account, you can access data using corporate credentials, and IT administrators can control and audit access directly from the app.
Citrix Files will request access to device capabilities or data to enable advanced features, including:
Contacts
This allows Citrix Files to let you choose co-workers among the contacts in your phone address book.
Camera
This allows Citrix Files to let you capture a photo or video for upload.
Microphone
This allows Citrix Files to let you record audio for upload.
Photos and Media Library
This allows Citrix Files to let you choose photos and videos from your Library to upload.

Function absolutely owesome. Only have login issue, after 4-5 times still not login after key in password and verify the device. Why need to verify device everytime to login.suppose 1 time only. I assume this is app bug
Updated review: not bad, looks like you fixed both the bugs I pointed out less than 4 days after my review. That's a step in the right direction. Great work! Older review: Bugs that urgently need to be fixed: 1) I can view docx files in app, but I can't copy/paste its content to another app. I can select to copy, but content doesn't go on to clipboard. 2) The citrix app doesn't allow me to open that docx file with Microsoft Word. Essentially I only get to view the files, I have no way to extract information from them or manipulate them. Fixing them will make the app way better.
Unexpected turn for the worse ! It was working great in 2019 on my Android phone. Saved my skin muti times. Starting Jan 2020, keeps crashing. I loved the in app camera feature and was literally planning a business expansion around it. Then it started crashing everytime I use it. Can't get a response . I am going to try iOS . Citrix please fix it. I love ShareFile and want to continue to use it but need a reliable app for phone and tablet.
We use this app alot at work to store photos in folders and sync with our desktops. The photo taking process in the app is extremely antiquated (a 6 step process where it could be 2) so our team has to import photos from the phones camera roll. Moreover Citrix are very helpful during the trial stages but once youve paid up, they dont want to know about any difficulties you might have or changes to the app that might be beneficial. I guess thats not thier priority though
Citrix Files has completely transformed the way that I share and gather content from clients.
Note 9 Verizon just installed app, I have an account already, can't select sign in or create account, like screen is frozen, except I can hit info button and X to close. I force closed app, cleared data, and cache with same results. I need this app for work so hopefully we can figure this out. Thanks..
I suddenly cannot log in and cannot upload items from my phone. Fix this NOW, please.
Overall I love it but the app for the phone keeps crashing and the Windows app for desktop doesn't open again after the first use. Citrix can do better!
Never recognizes company info. I have to get link from email. It shows the same thing i was already trying to use. If you open app a 2nd time you have to go through the same thing.
Does not work and hasn't worked for months! Files will not open, it used to work . Very dissapointing
I love this app. Great for multiple reasons easy to stay organized. And easily accessible from multiple devices.
Piece of junk! when downloading to android the files are kept somewhere under the citrix app and there is no way to move to another folder. why am i paying for sharefile when i cant use it?
Easy to learn and easy to use
"Send File Link" feature is wonky (Share: Share by Citrix Files Email). Screen locks up, e-mail recipient never receives e-mail.
Thjs app has been constantly crashing & may cost us our contract. Stick with dropbox!

Why does this app in iOS and Android not have the Inbox as the Citrix Sharefile when I use the web browser. What good is this app if I do not have this?
Buggy garbage app, downloads but will not install. A compete waste of anyone's time, the developers should all be forcibly blinded.
will not download. just spins and spins until it times out.
Crashes on sign-in. LG Stylo 4. worked before last few updates.
100 apps for each activity is worse of all.

*Poorly implemented navigation. *Obtrusive dialogs do not respect user inputs. *Cannot copy a file to local storage. *'Make available offline' results in app still re-downloading file for any file operation. *Extended file operations not available in Recents list. *No feature descriptions. *Screen orientation transition bugs ui. *No documentation in app. *Minimal, outdated documentation on web. *Extended file operations missing from Search results. *Zero search options. *Stole Shazam's app icon.
