The app crashes often. The overall experience is very poor. Security, in this case, is not synonym of usability. I definitely do not reccomend it.

Yet another disaster after 3 months when my domain password had to be changed! I'm not sure how this app works! Never found the app suite stable after using for over 5 years. Never recommended!

Issues I had with the app, not mentioning the month+ time it took me to install it, with constant back and forth with the IT dept. 1. Creates massive battery drain on phone (s10+) 2. Keeps showing persistent notifications to unlock app. 3. Slows the phone down to a crawl very often even when not using, as it's constantly trying to make you unlock it. 4. Can't configure work hours on the app, so it keeps sending you notifications all hours of the night.

I continuously have technical problems, I've logged them & nothing has been resolved. I literally spend up to 5 minutes trying to open the Secure Hub, nevertheless the Mail app. This is the only app where the fingerprint doesn't work seaml, I have to go through the Secure Hub to get to the Mail app- even when I'd logged in two seconds ago (I get error message options of Install or Quit), and I have to do that combo about ten times to get it to work. It's embarrassing for a work tool!

Disables certain quality-of-life functions on my phone that have nothing to do with security. I can't wake my phone with the fingerprint sensor anymore, despite still being allowed to unlock it that same way. I also don't see text message notification icon on the always-on display anymore until I wake up the phone. Has nothing to do with unlocking. It's like the phone doesn't sleep but hibernates instead.

I only use it because I'm forced to for work email. I use my Google maps for navigation, while this is installed, my maps frequently and randomly exits fullscreens. If I'm using my maps much I uninstall the app, and then reinstall it when I have to. Very poorly written app. A security app should run in the background with very little interruption to normal function. I've emailed for support. Hopefully they'll have a fix.

This is the worst app ever. I have had to reinstall this so many times I've lost count. It did last for a month without needing to reinstall so I guess it's getting better haha. this is really awful. I wish my work would switch to anything else. I have complained numerous times and no one does anything. It's totally frustrating. This is a horrible horrible experience. This is a medical system and during the pandemic it is a joke to rely on this thing.

The poorest of poor experience Literally sending physical mail would be both quicker and more reliable, even if I needed to print, pack and post it myself, then receive it, open and retype the email prior to answering it. I can't imagine not running two calendars due to this being the only supported app.

The recent update has caused the app to repeatedly ask me to "Logon to Secure Hub to continue" but it doesn't work when I try to do so. The result of which is that I can no longer access email etc, and the repeated notifications (every 30 seconds or so) are really annoying.

I am using Worx/Secure Hub for 5 years because my company obliged me. I cannot express the level of frustration and the number of failures, actually every few weeks. Citrix offers zero support to endusers. Lately the app requires logon every minute, and doing this it takes control over anything else on phone. Uninstalling and installing it again, with all its parts, takes hours. Not sure it will help, and anyhow the next failure is just a question of time.

In my experience, this is the least user friendly application I have ever had the displeasure of using. The features in the application work intermittently, and the mail retrieval and syncing features funtion very poorly. Alas, it is my only option for getting to my work email.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. this app is awful and not user friendly at all. it constantly closes itself out, takes far too long to open, and when I even receive an email it says "secured mail received" then takes 5 minutes for me to even see the new email. this is all while connected to secure, high-speed internet.

So frustrating. Bugs galore. What bugs did your last update fix exactly? Every 2 mins it pops up with a sign in verification while I'm on a totally different app making the phone unusable pretty much. This is an embarrassment. Also, new emails are no longer notifying me and I won't know if I have emails until I manually go in and check. Just a useless embarrassment of an app.

Forget it. I've tried to create a work profile about a million times already. I thought it was an issue with my company, but after reading these reviews, I'm convinced it's the latest update. Unfortunately, it just happened to be updated the day before I first attempted getting into this. I give up. I just won't have access to work emails once I leave my office. IT said I absolutely have access...when I enter my password incorrectly it immediately let's me know. This is a waste.

constantly updating won't work when chrome updates. crappy connection waste of money who ever developed it. wish I could give it less stars. but CenturyLink wasted millions of dollars on an app to run on this platform which is doesn't run too good. instead of spending those millions of dollars building and replacing outdated infrastructure!!!!!!! way to go bean counters.

This app and the supporting ecosystem of addon apps are the worst I've tried, but unfortunately it's required by my employer to access emails via mobile. A very incomplete and brief list of the problems: - opening files in emails rarely works, but when it does it takes at least 3 attempts - app needs to be reinstalled every time i switch pws, because the app just breaks - calendar can't be properly synced with gcal - can't block force install requests of apps - the app is incredibly slow

This app suffers from extremely poor performance and terribly lacks inspired usability. It goes against most intuition to making a successful mobile app. The biggest quark is it seems to have the corner on Citrix based platforms so I question the motive on ever making this any better for end users. It's clumsy, counter-intuitive, counter productive. Congratulations on making the simple task of checking email and browsing impossible.

what a painful app this is? in the last one year of usage, never felt it was ever user friendly& in the last two days, it just reached heights of absurdity. sometimes it says the company network can't be reached and sometimes as credentials to be wrong. never used such awful app. Fetching old messages is not possible even when you search them from server. Worst thing is that, there's no support option available (at least for a normal user) if one wants to report an issue..

With every freaking update you have to uninstall and reinstall. well after this new android update I am unable to create a work profile. always stops saying, "Your work profile has been deleted". it is extremely frustrating that I can no longer just get on my phone to check emails and messages. Especially on days like today

Cannot download, cannot screenshot, cannot open files, cannot forward calendar events, cannot open hyperlinks. The only workaround seems to be forwarding to my other personal email, which defeats the intent of the software.
