My company poorly chose this application without testing it actually in the field. It's entirely disruptive and counter productive. This partcular application often is so limited that it doesn't load websites entirely. The very websites that I need to do my job, or research, or links from email. Lacks even minor intuitive productivity, mobility, and ease of doing business. Super disappointment, but more importantly its counter productive.

Only downloaded this app due to Secure Hub automatically opening the Google Play store with suggested apps it wants on the Hub homepage. Hub launches over any other items I may have open even though app permissions and the ability to take over the screen have been disabled to the best of my abilities. Forced to have Hub for work and now up to 3 other apps that I won't use/didn't need.

Every few weeks "Secure Web has stopped" starts popping up on my Android phone. Uninstall, reinstall, wait 3 weeks, and it starts acting up again. Wash, rinse, repeat. When it isn't "stopping" it's a fairly good App.

Noisy and doing a lot of strange notifications in the background. Also, moving the account from one mobile to another is a very complex process and need admin support.

This application is trash. Anytime I try to open it my phone freezes. This makes the mail application unusable when someone sends me a link, since I can't open the link because my phone freezes.

Experiencing the same issue as others have reported with Secure Web "stopping" multiple times daily, and have been sending feedback per the popup request. Citrix apps are current. Appears the secure web app restarts on its own... can the popup simply be suppressed?

White screen of nothing. Negative star. Update: reenrolled to Secure Hub like 3 times, some magic dance and now it works somehow. Usually it works for a week or so and then it starts behaving weirdly.

The Android build doesn't work with SAP Fiori any longer, yet the iOS version is working flawlessly. Hard to manage a service with such a disparity in support on our corporate devices.

Worthless piece of trash. This has never opened a link from secure email, I have to use my pc to open email links and chrome isn't an option.

I don't want this, I don't want this!! it keeps popping up through aggressive advertising, opening up the Google play store causing unbelievably rude interruptions to my work. So one star to you folks for being so non consumer friendly trying to force feed your other apps on us

frustrating. stops working, frequently doesn't recognise my password or pin. not sure if it is the app or my work phone! same problems persist ongoing basis.

Everytime it pops up with a screen quoting "Enroll with secure hub or enter an access code to continue" but my keyboard is not popping up on the screen.. after that I am unable to do anything.

Older version apk is needed. For CEM MDM. Our Kiosk users are still opening google store page with this app because it is not compatible with rugged device on Android 5.1. Play store is normally bloked for them. I know Android 5 is history but explain it to users in South America.

It loses entitlement to secure hub all the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall Both of the apps to fix the problem.

Absolutely terrrrrrrible. Never connects to links out of Citrix secure mail. Never loads any Web links. Absolute trash. Do not use. Non-existent functionality

One of the worst app. Your Citrix mail is not working at all. It is not opening after a password updation. Installing this only because of the corporate policy.

Useless OST of the sites hosted by organisation fail to open making my work phone little more than a reasonable paperweight! Been like it for months with zero improvement, awful.

Secure Web and Secure Mail, both of them are getting crashed repeatedly since last 4 days. Would you please fix this.

The latest version of Secure mail has improved alot. Thanks for the efforts. Keep improving. There are lot of opportunity for improvement.

Absolute trash. Requires frequent sign in and rarely works. What is the point with a viable Outlook web app?

Good apps, well designed. However, one needs to be able to download attachments and edit it when necessary.

This is very useful app specially for Infosys employees which helps us to apply on duty, late stay and rest all use full things but some time don't work. Selecting if dates bit complicated sometimes pick sometimes don't awesome. TQ

Looks like secure hub has poor memory management as gets up to half a gigabyte of RAM after a few days. Reboot required inorder to address.

The Secure Web doesn't seem to have the same compatibility on Android that it does on iOS. Specifically, an intranet site connects and functions in iOS through Secure Web, but on an Android the site has no functionality through Secure Web.

After updating on Android OS version 10 the citrix secure hub stopped working alltogether with secure mail and all the apps. Pls support for the said issue.

Inspite being on Wifi mail syncing is not happening properly.Very slow app.Should be quick and handy.Unable to access older emails.

The secure web despite of proper log in. Logs out of session, always gives message clear cookies, close browser and re-login. But this is not helping, not able to use secure web

Doesn't work this one. Any links in Secure Mail just don't open in the Secure Web app. Kindly fix.
