Doesn't display anything other than the balance. It freezes and crashes if I attempt to view anything else.
it flips and cuts off the check numbers when you try to use it for deposit, and then declines your check. please fix this. it has been a problem for months now.
The old app just stopped working so I tried the new old they were pushing. My username and password was not accepted as well. A real confidence builder!!
What's the point. I can't pay bills from the app and it won't save my user info. I have other bank apps that are way more practical!
Worst bank app I've ever tried to use. It can't even accept my correct username/password. I can't do mobile banking. Thanks.
It lets me log in but once it logs in it freezes and it won't let me do nothing and I can't see my recent transactions
Awesome app helps in ways I wouldn't have time to do like the deposit check with pictures cause don't have time to go to the bank on Friday thank guys keep improving
pretty good except that when I take a mobile pic of check with a galaxy Note 9 it's all blurry and there isn't a way to fix it
can you get a app thay works? Cant acess transactions screen and sometimes even the transactions.
I have banked with City bank since I got my first job when I was not the 8th grade. I am 53 yrs old, so it has been a long time. When we moved to College Station from Lubbock in 2007, we were really excited that we could continue banking with City Bank! Love the people!
It does not let me to login even though I am using the same login on my PC and it works on my PC.
It was really good, but now it just freezes when opening. It's been like this for months now.

The app does not function on my device (Samsung Galaxy Note 8). The app opens and allows me to log in and I am able to see my balance, but there is no other functionality. Cannot view transactions, conduct personal banking, mobile deposit, etc. Disappointed.
