The app sucks worse than their food prices. It's good food but hardly worth the price. I'm just an average eater so I didn't expect to still be hungry after a $40 meal. Microportions and super high prices...must be owned by a Democrat.

The "old" version of the App was perfectly fine; the "new" version clearly hasn't been tested sufficiently. One example: you click on Earn, and up comes the QR code to scan at the register. If the register's scanner isn't working, you should be able to scroll down on the same screen for that option. It appears that it's down there, BUT THE APP WON'T LET YOU SCROLL DOWN TO IT! Please fix this very basic problem and push out an Update. Thank you.

This app has issues and isn't user friendly. Ordering sides and a drink is clunky. If you order sides before the drink, you have to edit (either way) because you can't order both without going back. Also trying to pay on this app creates false negatives. You may not be able to pay on the app but when you get to the store, your card works. This causes you to miss out on reward points (without intervention) when you can't order on the app.

I installed the app. Upon opening the app, I get a notice telling me to install the latest version of the app. Clicking that link takes me back to the Google Play store, which indicates the app is already unstalled, with a button to open the app. Clicking on Open causes the same Install latest version notice, and the cycle continues. Wonderful food, broken app.

I received a notification so I clicked on the icon and it says to upgrade my app. I tried but nothing happens. So uninstall and download again an hour later. Same thing is happening. I noticed in reviews I'm not the only one this is happening to. Fix your app so it can be used please!!

I just downloaded the app and it's telling me I need to update it. I click on update and it takes me to my play store and the only option is to open or uninstall. I click open and it tells me to update. Just keeps going back to the same 2 things. Have not had the opportunity to actually give this apps a real try. 😣 Love the restaurant though!!!

We have been going to City Barbeque for several years and have introduced our friends to the great bbq and all the other food on the menu. We are so happy that City Barbeque is now in Circleville! Looking forward to many more years of great food - especially the bbq!

This app is terrible... I can't even log in. Tried resetting my password like 5 times and still getting a message that my loggin info is incorrect (when it's not). Same on their website. All I wanted to do is use my $5 off birthday coupon, and have to go through all this smh... Terrible

Downgrade from the prior version. Terrible use of limited screen space. Hard to select a location because of the huge logo on the screen. And of course "curbside"doesn't really mean curbside when you have to go in and find your order on the shelf.

The new and improved app from August 2021 has text which doesn't fully show on screen and can't be scrolled to as it is already at the bottom, has removed the dates from offers so you no longer know when they expire, and has removed the dates from the inbox so you don't no when offers there expire either. It is clearly redesigned so people inadvertently miss rewards and offers.

Poor experience. On 6/7/2020 in Beachwood, Ohio my fiance and I spent over $40 at this location. Not the first time but definitely the last time! Cashier lost our receipt I was inconvenienced by having to wait for a copy of my receipt she couldn't operate the register properly. And to top it off we get home and the high price lemonade gallon we purchased leaked out all in the bag! We order the the Sampler which was 31.99 an the sides were extra small not like we normally get! So going forward

While the food is always good, I am slightly irritated to never be able to use my accrued rewards. We always order & pay online so that our pick up process is quick & easy. It's an available option, so we use it. Unfortunately, you cannot use your earned rewards online, only inside, from what I've been told. Why even have a rewards system if it cannot be used online, as well???

Great when it works. Today I've tried several times to use it but it's not registering my finger taps for most things. It won't scroll or open any of the menus. I can't use it. I also want to pull up the QR code to scan and get $5 off but the screen won't scroll. Pls fix.

This app has stopped working. It prompts me to update but there is no other version in the Google Play store. I have uninstalled and installed several times, but the same prompt for an update appears. Very frustrating!

App won't open and keeps indicating to update but the app in the app store only has uninstall or open and if I hit the open button then I'm back to the app not opening and indicating to update. I've been a user since the app started and this is the 1st time it has failed and I don't want to uninstall and possibly lose my current rewards and points. Help ASAP.

Clunky ordering process, I usually use the website but it wasn't accepting my request. Not clear that I had to put in the pickup time at the end even though it asked at the start so I'm getting my order too early. Difficult to enter credit card, it kept going back to alpha entry from number/special character.

TRIED ordering the $74.99 meal on the app. Would only allow me to choose 1 of the 2 meats. The "additional instructions" prompt at the bottom would only allow me to type roughly 4 words. It would not allow me to review my order or place my order. I had to call the store.

Unusable if your password is strong. I have a random password with special characters and the app simply will not accept it, telling me to input a valid password. What wonderful security... Unacceptable for an app in 2021

We always have a great experience at City BBQ! Yummy food and excellent customer service. If I ever had an issue with a wrong or missing item, they went out of their way to make it right. Love the new app, too!

When opening app, it only gives you the upgrade screen, then it won't update. Loops back to the update screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Doesn't change anything.

My points have just vanished several times. Sometimes after a while, sometimes the day after earning. The scanner never did work so I have been entering manually. Not worth the hassle if it never saves enough points worth cashing in.

Like the app to use the rewards, but the ordering function doesn't work. Nor can I log in to the website anymore. It's a pain, but I can call in my order and scan the app for rewards at the store so at least that still works.

City BBQ has great food. However the only app you can use for them is this one and it keeps telling you to update to the newest version. There is no newer version available and you can't use the only available. So until it's fixed I guess no bbq.

App tells me I need to update. I clicked on Update inside the app, and it takes me to the App Store. Only option is to Uninstall or Open. I open, and it goes right back to Update dialog in app. I uninstall and re- install and I get the same update screen in the app. FIX IT!

Can't do anything until give information, which tried. It keeps wanting me to input details and then says phone number used, but won't let me do anything else like forgot password or anything. What if all I wanted to do was look at menu or locations... apparently not through the app.

Very poor and upset. I am getting an upgrade message but the app will not open after the upgrade. Your app just comes up again saying I need an upgrade. This problem needs to be fixed immediately so I'm to order and manage my account.
