App worked fine. Updated, now it shows nothing but a white screen. This is ridiculous and a huge hassle. Switched to this bank from my old bank because continuous problems with their app. Guess I need to switch again. Smh
Edited: Thank you for the update. Please release an update for compatibility with Samsung S22 Ultra. The app doesn't run at all.
Great. 12/04/2021 I am still a satisfied client of CCU! Very convenient. On today, 3/18/2022 I was having difficulties with the mobile app. Ayanna was the Representative who assisted me. She was so very kind & patient with me. Very knowledgeable & thorough. She made it easy. Thanks!
No problem with the app running but it's so basic and no frills. It's basically for balance checks only. You can Zelle with the update now, so that's nice
This banking app has a simple interface which makes this easy to use and navigate. Highly recommend CITY CU!
I really need this app because it helps me understand things and also it makes it easier for me to pay my bills and keep count of my money...
I upgraded to the S22 Ultra and this is the only app that won't open. When I click on the icon, a white screen with the CCU logo pops up and nothing else. I've tried un installing, made sure the app had permissions to use the network and cleared the memory. If there is a fix for this I will be happy to put 5 stars again.

This app is a good idea, but most stuff that you're supposed to be able to do doesn't even work, all it's good for is viewing your accounts and paying things internally, and those features barely work. Also don't link your account with zelle on this app I don't know if it can't take the accounts linking or what but it always crashes and never works.
So now we can use zelle but it charges. However, there is away around the fee so I'm cool with that. Now the problem is the notifications don't work and there is something up with the sign in and instant peek option sometimes it's slow sometimes it never come up at all. And can we get some color bad enough I'm broke don't want to be broke and depressed.
Needs to tell you to write For Mobile Deposit Only" BEFORE the photo steps.
Had not done a transfer before, but it was easy even for an old lady. Up UPDATE 6 July 2021: My app has quit working, when I try to open.open it, it goes to a blank page then returns to my home page. Have tried unstalling and reinstlling and restarting my phone, still will not work. HELP
Overall works pretty good.. not a fan of the frequent updates, eats up phone storage.. hopefully updates have to do with security.. had to upgrade my phone last year because the updates weren't compliable w/ old phone's opperating system :/ .. maybe its different now but it would be nice if i could view my statements through the ap.
Well, I just opened my account last Friday and when I downloaded the app, it let me sign in and everything, not it does nothing but keep sending me an error message saying the app has stopped. Even after me uninstalling and reinstalling several times.
I just love being a City Credit Union Member the banking app is so easy to use and convenient I can see all my banking transactions as well as my checking and saving accounts with just a push of a button. I personally recommend CCU to anyone looking for a good better yet a great credit union this is the one , I promise you want go wrong.
App freezes when I take a photo of a check to deposit. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled several times but it still does not work. I am still able to do other functions but I can't me deposits. That's a bummer for me.
App no longer works on my older android phone after latest update, when it worked with no problem before. Now, I log in and it just says "loading" and freezes. I can't even check my balance.
I've never had the zelle option....not even with the update.

Update doesn't work. App keeps stopping, you can't even get to the sign in page. I have a new phone Galaxy J7. I even called my bank for help. I have installed and re installed numerous times same problem. I need help
Everything about this institution is Excellent. Been with them pretty much; forever. But today I have to retract that 5 stars to 1 star due to out of the blue the apps is corrupted.
Why does the app no longer work? Cant open it at all. I switched to the credit union thinking it would be better for me than a regular bank but its been one nightmare after another. Are all credit unions this way or just this one? I'm about to jump ship. Hopefully I'll get eaten by a shark...
App does not work with the Samsung ultra22. Won't open. Everything else opens with no problem.
I have changed my review after banking with them for a while now. You cannot deposit into the ATMs and when their ATMs are out of service and you have to use another ATM not in the network, (very limited on the network as well) they will still charge you a fee and will not refund. Also, any paper transactions requested while in the bank has a $5 service fee if they have to print anything. What are my monthly account fees for? Very inconvenient and no where near the technical level of any bank
I wish they would add the push notification option. I'd like to know when transactions are happening. (Updated) they now offer push notifications but it's not instant, it takes 24 hours.. keep up with the times CCU
