City Island 3 - Building Sim

I LOVE this game!! I truly do,but I'll love to really see some upgrades to it,what I mean is this, When I upgrade a building I really want to see the building upgraded to a better version of that building if u get want I mean. Even the road could use a little upgrade too,like street lighting and traffic light, just be creative with it

Having a blast! I like how easy it is to build up cities on my islands. I've been playing for less than a month, and one island is already complete. I frequently earn gold by watching videos, though I hate the pop up ads that get in my way as I'm about to do something, which is why it's only 4 stars. Also, prices for everything go up once you start buying property to develop. Would be nice to buy multiple items of same thing at once and have level 10 businesses profits be on auto collect.

Such an easy paced and enjoyable game!! But it's terribly limited, there should be an offline income collector, even limited to 10 or 12 hours, otherwise you can really only advance when you're playing the game. It would take too long!! I've still never gotten further the first island because it takes too long to make money with any offline income.

The game is honestly amazing, addictive and it looks like a game suitable for any age group which for the sprackling society company would be a positive outcome for the game. The game in my opinion doesn't need many tweaks it is very simple and beautiful not like the others. However the my main concern is that when my phone switched on after charging all my progress was lost. And if there is a way of saving your work please put it in your tutorial. Then the game would be enjoyable.

i absolutely love this game, five stars hands down. I have been playing it for years. So with that being said, it's been an amazing game until very recently. I was playing, and starting to collect my money from the shops, but now there's no indication above the shops showing you can finally collect the product/money once it has accumulated in full. I assuming it may have been a glitch or error dealing with the last update. I would greatly appreciate any feedback that remedy this conundrum

I really like this game but i think it can improve a lot. I find it easier now to get gold as i get more ads in a day, in comparison to the one sole ad i used to get in the start. I still find it pretty slow, as most of the buildings, commercial or otherwise need a lot of gold after some time, which you get mostly through ads. If you want a fast pace in this game you have to pay, but personally i dont mind waiting. For me the biggest flaw is the happiness score which is really hard to increase.

I would love it if it would autocollect daily with one click. It can be hard to develop things side by side it keeps clicking only the developing one. It also has issues dragging things to the area you want especially the water areas which I still haven't seen water decorations or anything to fill in the gaps that buildings can't so it has issues.

I enjoy this game almost over the sims. you build certain items you get cash you watch the ads to get gold. I just wish that the map had more details and allowed for rotation are the island. I am always having to re arrange buildings to access stuff behind them. also all the water areas on the first 2 levels are odd shapes that don't allow for half of the water features to fit into. also there's a whole section at the bottom you can't even access. I hope on the next update there are some changes

Overall Pretty good game, but it does have some problems like sometimes it doesn't give you your gold when you watch a ad for it. Some challenges are made so you have to spend really cash money in order to achieve it, so for anyone who can't afford to play games using real money outta pocket, this game wouldn't be for you. It's got good graphics but the game does have some other glitches.

Love playing the game. It reminds me of the original simcity when I was younger. Good gameplay, fun game, cool places to build. Just wish it was easier to get money/gold to build things. Not everyone can spend 5 to 10 dollars (or more) to get money and gold in the game which WOULD be easier... Other than that, its a great fun game.

Another pay to play with mediocre/low graphics. Absolutely not worth it. You'd have to spend a lot of real money to build an ugly city on very limited area with static buildings (it's a still picture). price of everything changes constantly in a way that the money your city earns is never enough and you have to pay if you want to play .I don't even mind spending a few dollars on a well made game but this one isn't really worth it and the prices are ridiculous.

decent game, but I'm finding it very difficult to keep my citizens happy. I have tons of parks, trees, police stations and schools, and an art gallery. tons of flowers even quite a few pools and everything is at level 10. I need to delete this game and try a different version I guess.

Very enjoyable game. The issue is after a certain point everything starts to cost Gold bars. Items I've already built for money suddenly are gold bars only. That ruins the game. Some items are only gold bars thats disappointing too. Would really like to see that changed.

Pretty decent game, I really don't like how you start building things, then all of a sudden everything changes to gold to build, I can't make a neighborhood of the same houses, cause after a few of them, it cost gold. You should pick certain things for gold and the rest cash, and it should stay.

The game is good and i actually quite enjoy it. The rewarding system from daily quest and awards are great. You can also play it offline which is additional point for you to play this game. The reason i gave it 4 stars is because the pop up ads. They could very annoying like out of nowhere they just shows up. Still i recommend this game for those who love city building game.

For true immersion in an experience of gameplay requires good grahics, excellent controls ( moving bldngs easily is an example) that don't slow or invite frustration. The example is a moment when both things are happening the bldngs' hologram won't stick to players finger. It takes several attempts to be successful and speed up yr game. The other is that you don't get to build any rapport with the game before sizable investments are necessary to full out build and profit. Have sales at 25 per ct

I got about 24 hours of use before the app refused to load. When it first downloaded the starting pop-up ad would kick me out a time or two which wasn't that bad. Gradually throughout the day it would take 5,10, and even 15 attempts until I could finally get in. Now it won't let me play at all. I tried clearing my cache and reinstalling but nothing would work. I guess it's not the end of the world since I was finding it nearly impossible to do anything in the second island due to the cost.

Game was good in the beginning. But after 2 days it started getting stuck at the ads. It freezes every time an ad comes. This is so irritating. I have to close the game and restart it to experience the same thing. Terrible.

Having issues. Needed extra cranes said one gold bar and charge me three gold bars. Did this three times. Can you fix this issues pleases. Thank you. Or send updates to fix not sure. But taking more gold then it should. Still haven't fix gold yet clearing cache sent email week ago. Got nothing in reponse back of faster less then one star I will.

The whole objective of this game is to spend money. Sure you can start off for free but then all progress stops very soon. You build something and the happiness drops which you can only bring back up with community buildings that cost gold. Would rather pay a small fee for the game at outset. Its a shame as its really spoiled it.

NOTHING for Free and paying for most buildings with gold , but NOT FREE. Just wanted to update and add that they have a system in place where you must keep happiness high. You do this by balancing business with houses. Problem is, it is nearly impossible to do that. If a business needs 30 people, they set it up so you will gett 31 or 29 people, which causes people to leave your cities. This game is AWFUL. 1Star is too high.

Things I would have liked to have had in the game: 1. I wish there was a mode for organizing the buildings, roads, bulldozing etc. similar to Clash of Clans - where there can be multiple layouts of your base; you can archive/store bulldoze, and arrange buildings. 2. I wish the buildings rotated in all four directions. 3. I wish the buildings were more varied in the shape of the lot space they take like how cities like Paris or London have triangular buildings. 4. There's so much more.

Guys you've really created a great game . It's really nice but what I'm not liking is that the gold are really rare and hard to get ,the expansion money for a city is too much. For example one of my expansion is 5,000,000 and to unlock a city takes a lot of money imagine volcano Titus is 51,000,000 that's too expensive so reduce it please .But except for that I really really love ❤ the game so keep it up

1-more options for roads (maybe a boardwalk/rocks) 2- bridge option? 3- easier way to get gold/make it cheaper 4-be able to put trees/flowers anywhere 5-small stuff for the water (like 1 square stuff) maybe the same for the beach also. i love the game but i feel we could really do with more options for stuff. i tried other games for those reasons but i keep coming back to this one so please consider these things.
