City Island 4 - Sim Tycoon (HD

Just love this game, love that it has a bit of challenge working out how to place the city, love that I can do the challenges without purchasing things even if it means a bit longer playing and maybe harder to get the gold pieces for some of the items, but I still enjoy it,I,m glad its a game that I,m able to play that way,

Its different from many other city games as there is a reset setting while other games do not. Its always great to have a chance to start from 0. I think the income from buildings are a bit too slow for it to actually have impact on the city but that already has been solved by getting bonus cash for each time you level up. I think the game is perfect from what I think of, classic, simple, easy gameplay. I do recommend playing!

Noticably different from the first game in the series, mostly in good ways. However, 1, needs a way to save the game, even if only backing up to a sd card or a cloud service. 2, omg the zoom needs to zoom in much closer. Even with glasses on its too small. 3, a way to turn off the day and night scenario that's going on, not all players have 20/20 eye sight and when the game goes into night mode i can see nothing, no details at all, having to wait until the day scenes to play. Apart from these items its a great game which I hope can implement some if not all 3 of the suggestions in future updates. 5 stars when these 3 annoying things are changed Thank you.

It's pretty cool. It would be so much easier if the buildings (commercial and residential) would tell you up front what type of road it needs instead of after you build it. Also if there was some type of guide to tell you what things mean, for instance the dude in the suit with a red explanation mark means ? Also if we could zoom in more would be nice. But other than that so far I really like it.

Pros : - I like the fact that I can move this app to my external memory card -the variation in weather and day times is a nice touch -attention to detail - the overall resolution is good Big Con, -Can't save my current games progress or have multiple games going on at once Overall it's not a bad game, but can become boring easily , as everything is repetitive and all levels feel the same. There's no real motivation to play it beyond a certain level (which for me , was level 13).

Not enough variation. A park is needed to boost happiness. When you have a neighborhood, some houses need a road, some a walkway and some a canal. This takes up so much space that the park can't reach the houses from across all that infrastructure. It results in very limited scenarios to build a thriving city. Does NOT compare to Simcity at all. Above all, no zoom, no rotation (or I just couldn't find it)

I've revisited this game since a year or two ago. Nicely balanced play, and with a bit of strategy that I won't give away, you can progress daily, even offline. There's lots of public free internet where you can use those ads to get gold. The treasure chest gifts are great, but now only available online. The change made me think treasure chests were no longer even available, so my bad. So upgraded to 4 stars instead of 3. Thanks for response to my post, that's also why I'm giving 4 stars.

Love this game.I'm disabled, don't get around very well so this game gives me something to do. I can't afford to spend money on it. So I'm grateful for what they do give me. But half the time the videos do not play so you can collect gold It takes a while to collect enough buy stuff I had 39 or 40 pieces gold, when I went back to play it was gone, had to forget buying something wish I could get more businesses grocery stores, gas stations etc Just not enough houses or business options to build

** UPDATE: The add Gold & Goblins freezes up each time and I dont get the gold reward. This is an add that appears now and then in order to get a gold reward for my city. Please fix this, I dislike having to exit the game and getting back into it because of. Otherwise, this City Island #4 is a blast! Thumbs up👍👍

OK, is a city building game but demolition of unwanted plants, etc on expansions takes too long, and the intrusive ads popping up whenever! Nope, nope, nope. Going back to Fantasy Island at least I choose when to watch ads!!

This one is better then 5 love that you can buy more with cash . Dislike the lack of variety in decorations and community. Islands on all versions of city islands are too expensive to unlock. I'd like to play the game everyday in my spare time. Waiting times are too long drawn out makes the game boring.

The game is very interesting. I would like to suggest that when not playing the money, gold and stars should be auto collected without tapping same as when we build something it gets built-up even when we close the game. Then I hope it will be more interesting to play. Other is if we can zoom somemore and at night the street lamp should be there. Regards.

A good city builder that has a nice balance of keeping you equipped with ways to earn gold, and with opportunities in case you'd rather buy it. I do wish there was a way to get No Ads like in previous titles, but for all it's worth, the game stands as a strong title that will have you wanting to try something new every time you play it.

It's a cool time pass, quiet addictive... i love the way the houses lights up at night.. the only bit i dont really like is not getting enough gold timely as some nice buildings require gold to purchase, i feel jus one gold per video is ridiculous for a game... then there are the buildings which need to be levelled up at quiet high prices compared to the $$ we allocated its not enough... i also found the decorations for the city is priced very steep!!! Overall nice time pass

It is a very good game. And I think it is the best city game. It graphics is very beautiful and realistic specially the cars,house ,buildings, and the island's mountains . I request the sparkling society to add airports and rocket launching pad and space station. Thanks you Sparkling Society

Fun game. Bonuses came quick to get started, now a bit of strategy to keep going, but my little town is growing. Adds pop randomly, but go away fast. Can watch adds for extra stuff too. Like that option vs not having a choice. So far it's really entertaining. Like simcity used to be, you know fun to play.😁

Very fun, smooth game.. Only thing i don,t like is it costs alot as you upgrade. U just dont make money as fast as it goes out. But besides that i enjoy it. Should only have one map with some of the other ones combined. It would be way more fun if it was like that and not so many different maps

I started playing this very game since mid 2020. I lost my phone then, and after I've got one, I've downloaded it again, what makes me like the game is it's dimness, all the other city building games have a very bright theme feature and I wanted a different one and I got this, and I have never regretted downloading the game. One secret about the game is that, it's very addictive and if care isn't taken, u might play the game all day

It was a somewhat enjoyable experience until I purchased a new tablet. There doesn't appear to be any way to link to a city on a different device. There's no option to link an account to Fakebook or Google Play. I don't feel I should have to start over and to be honest the forced ads are extremely annoying.

I like everything about this game and I would have given you 5 star but except for one thing that I'm not happy about, the camera type, only zoom in and out. Please improve the camera type, make 360 so that we can see the small houses behind the bigger apartments and sometimes I have to relocate the small houses to another land which is making me wast my lands so please 🙏 improve so that I can add the 4 stars

Did love it ,but since I brought new Samsung Galaxy Tab s4 found out there is now way of backing up my progress (6 islands complete) and transferring it from old to new laptop. Totally refuse to start again after putting month and month of time in the game with awesome Islands done. Developers should programme add a back up system as many people change phones or tablets with in time, so disappointed now.

Awesome fantastic this game is realistic everything that u can do in the game is real no faking the buildings that are put in the game r beautiful my experience was awesome & i will keep playing this game all of that in such a small space to take Feedback My feedback is to make the helicopters that r on the buildings fly around a little bit and then land again that would be so realistic! My other feedback is that can you please make the game automatically delete the trees when buying lands?

Dope game...i really enjoy playing city island 4,,, nice & many buildings with nice fixed bugs but only the purchase of land is abit expensive, maybe reduce to atleast affordable price within moderate time... Big up to the developer!

Dropped from 4 to 2 stars.Its a nice game but . 1 To much clutter on screen put some of it under the manager icon 2 clicking on moving stars n money irritating 3 plot prices go up far to quickly 4 need to move excisting plants and objects on island not just destroy Might give it a try in the future some time. Cause it could be a really good game.
