Recently upgraded my phone and some functions are working better, don't know why that would affect it. I do wish that, in coupons, we can sort or filter by organics. One frustrating thing is that my store does not carry a lot of items that I can download coupons for. As just an example, my store does not have any alcoholic beverages. These items should be filtered out per store so that I don't waste my time looking for them.

Do not like the changes to the app. Can't find the digital value card to scan. Have to log in every time. Digital coupons are a pain along with having to keep up with the additional sales of the week. I'm spending a lot more money for groceries and don't enjoy the time wasting games I have to play to get the savings

Most dysfunctional app I have ever used. Recent upgrades have made it worse. Have to log in every time (unlike with Safeway). Does not remember my login data and I have to set a new password each time to access the site. Insane. Is this really the best Kroger can do?

Easier to find the digital deals on the website than to deal with the app.

The new update is not helpful. When looking through items to purchase, it gives a bunch of items that aren't available. It also tries to make you choose delivery or pick up when looking at items, instead of just letting you look at it or add to your shopping list. After each update, this app gets less intuitive and harder to use.

I would like it if they had coupons/deals separated by category. Example : meat & seafood, produce, beverages, canned goods, seasonal, special deals... etc. I don't like the 8 mile long list of all deals, 99% of which that I'm not interested in. At least the scan item works. I don't use the app as much as I just scan a particular sale item while I'm shopping. Still annoying. I like Safeway's app. Though of prefer City Market for most items, not meat or dairy though. Just sayin'...

More than 65% of requested items were missing and no substitutes were offered it is so easy to grocery shop that literal housewives can do it. the bar is not high people

App was awesome until i switched phones. Had some minor issues but let me pay attention to what i spent and saved. I think the issue of no longer telling me the aisle my atuff was in was something to do with store changes. Now when i search for something as simple as milk it won't show up. I figured out how to get past that. But now my grocery list wont even come up. So sad because it was so great. Now it's pretty much useless

The layout is a little funky, but the savings are great!

What a usless app. The store offeres you even further discounts when you use the app . I can never log in. I have to physically call in to customer sercice everytime. It's pretty pointless. Who has time for that. I would rather just pay the extra money. ny time is valuable also. I do use the paper coupons they send in the mail. Its much more user friendly than the app.

Trying to access my value card scan bar by long pressing on the app icon from the home screen and then selecting "My Card" from the drop down menu is a royal pain and I keep getting screens asking for permissions EVERYTIME even after I've already granted permissions before. And then, I dont even get directed to my value card's scan bar. Digital coupons arent saved and I always have to reload them before shopping. Not to mention all the force closes. Just like everything Kroger, nothing works.

This app is always changing. just when I have it figured out, I flip it open and there's a new change that I don't understand. the face of the app is complicated to look at, and I can't get the filter to work for my coupons. it's super frustrating.

I love this app. It makes my coupon clipping and shopping experience easier.

It was actually really nice to use before the updates. Now it doesn't show current pricing or an estimated total. It also doesn't do well with find simply items anymore, cream cheese didn't even show up till I scanned the bar-code! It's not at all easy like it used to be, very unfortunate 😕

I used to like to clip coupons on this app but it won't let me toggle out of "ship" mode. I tried clicking in store but it's saying there are no stores near me, even though City Market is the only grocery in my town/zip code. I even tried changing it to pickup, just to see if I could opt out of 'ship' but again, it wouldn't let me saying it couldn't locate my store.

Navigation is just a little awkward at times, but overall it's a very well-executed app.

There is always 3 fantom items in my shopping cart. I have rest, deleted/ reinstalled, cleared cache, but it is always there! Even on different devices / same account... It is stressful thinking you are going to get charged for something that's not there yet registered to be there..

Sometimes they send messed up updates that automatically drain your phone. Had to delete ap because of this. Last update had two hours for it's time. What did they do that takes two hours? Anyway I only signed up so I could get digital coupons if in store and see something with it. Never figured out how to quickly get them.

The app usually works fine for me, but today I discovered that after making a shopping list last night, it erased everything and my shopping list is empty. Obviously it's not the end of the world, I'm going to write out list again, it's just incredibly frustrating and I'm going to uninstall the app if it's going to be counterproductive.

It quit working after this last update. I got a push notification and clicked it, whole thing froze up. Then I got it to close and tried opening the app as usual to have it freeze again. Rather disappointed because i use the app a few times a week.

Would be nice to add an option for requesting paper bags when checking out for pick-up. It's cumbersome to write it into special instructions. I would also like to have a record of my cart, not just the final order in case they make an error when filling my order.

Great service! We have two little children and live in a rural area shopping can be impossible when we've already traveled 1.5 hrs just to arrive at the store with them. I don't know what we'd do without city market pick up and ship services, it's amazing for our family as a time saver and money saver.

It's nearly impossible to add digital coupons to my account. When they don't show up at checkout, store personnel has no clue how to add them. I've given up and usually shop elsewhere.

Started out being a good app. Now I posable to see weekly adds and clip digital cupons.

Far from intuitive... If you are looking for digital coupons then you can't search for the product name, for example "Wheat Thins", you have to search for the manufacturer name then look for the product name buried in the coupon details.
