It is easy to navigate and check balances and easy to make transfers..I would recommend anyone who has an account to use this app.

Needs more features. I am sometimes skeptical of my account balance. I try to be extra cautious because I'm not sure if all transactions are included in the balance. The transaction are not always coded to what they actually are such as a written check or a card swiped.
This app was a really great one until recently. I dont know what happened but now it is hard to get connected. It doesnt update well and is always telling me it didnt sync. Very inconvenientz
Excellent app for those of us who are technologically challenged. I love the fact that if you make a mistake on a deposit, they contact you of the issue so that you get your money or your bills paid. Great PERSONAL SERVICE!!
This is one of the best apps I've ever seen. Fast, accurate, very easy and room to add notes on transactions. If you bank here, get the app
I did not login, it tried telling me three times that I had logged in and then it finally logged me part way when I remembered my password, then it asked for my ssn, no one is suppose to ask you for your ssn., that is suppose to be a private number between myself and social security.!, sometimes I wish everyone would just have a number or numbers and letters assigned to identify them at banking institutes and jobs and anywhere else they thought to ask for ssn., a sequence on id other than driver
Very easy to use! Quick responses from customer service. Easy to understand the layout. Love it!
I haven't been with CNB a full year yet but I haven't had any issues with this app and it keeps me aware and informed about anything and everything I'm needing.! Worth the 5 stars so far
Recently mobile deposits just say authentication failure upon submitting.
Exceptional !!! Always welcomed with a smile and good morning. Everyone is polite and willing to help. I never hear any employee bicker with one another. Its a pleasant place to walk into.
It has made mobile banking a breeze!! I love this app!! Never any issue and i have been using it for almost 2 years, now.
Its good except every once in a while it wont update & give me my current balance. But usually only once or twice a month. Overall its a good app

My app isn't syncing it is not showing my transactions I've reset it says on play store app it updated but on bank app it says update failed

I get notifications every time there is a transaction in my account. I can create my own categories for spending, such as dining, utilities, etc. Makes traking expenses virtually pain free!😁🤩😁
