After a recent update, I noticed the Android back button no longer works. I have to tap the back button in the app in order to return to the home page. This little issue causes the app to be a two handed operation. If this is a weird issue on my end, this is a 5-star app. One suggestion I'd like to see is the pie graph summary at the bottom of the home screen. The website has that, and it's a really convenient feature.

I like this app but i can never use the the deposit check. When u take a picture of a check. Its been like a year or 2. When ever they started it. I figured they have issues in the start of it but its been a long time now and still can never use it. Always says RDC unavailable. Cant process right request at this time cont them for service. I have called and talked to several people all the time over the course of the time. Same answer they are working on it. I have tried several different phones, tablet, and ipads... I hope they fix it at sum point..

Updates are horrible. I cannot log in 95% of the time. One of my savings accounts has literally disappeared off of the app. There is no point trying to get technical support to help, nor customer service. They know they have a terrible app already. Thinking of switching. App doesnt work and they charge for everything that most banks do not! Already met with BancFirst- they offer FREE CHECKING. And you can withdraw without being penalized from any savings account. Used to love City National..

Horrible, I updated the app and now I can't use it! Just tells me it's loading and load is taking longer than expected! Please fix I'd love to see my balance! I loved it before this problem cuz I was able to see everything and do what I needed to! UPDATE: I was able to click on forgot password and somehow that corrected my problem with being able to see my accounts! Now it's business as usual, no problems and resolved quickly without having to uninstall the app and do it again!

I agree with some of the other users below. This is very frustrating. After going through the first long process of trying to sign in and getting all the messages about 'we're still trying" and "the connection is slow" (when it shouldn't be being im under perfectly good wifi every time) I can never sign in. I always have to try twice in order to get in. I've un-installed and re-installed it TWICE, and the same thing happens.

It is pretty easy to figure out everything on app. Clicking through it to see where everything is located will help you figure it out faster. It is a secure app and you will have to enter your user name and password for each use. They have it that way for your security. Once on the app you can check your balance on each account(s). There is a menu to tell what all they tools they have for banking.

Doesn't update enough causing confusion as to the accurate balance available. No way to fight a charge unless you go in person which is not always an option. I think this app needs some work. It's also just unappealing to look at. Give it some pizaz!

Uodate 1/28 The issue seems to be resolved but still takes a whole to log in..it does pop up a message saying it is taking longer than normal and to keep trying but eventually logs me in now.. A few days before the new version came out my app quit loading. Was hoping the new update would fix it but it still will not load my account. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled. Tried on wifi and on mobile. It just doesn't load anymore.

Works fine when it works but that isn't often. Apparently QC isn't part of their software developement model. Updates seem to break the app and they have 76 year olds constantly change passwords only to confuse them. Even with alt login options, they don't seem to understand that the elderly need better options than to call in every other week.

I have contacted the bank numerous times concerning mobile deposits. It never seems to work and when I emailed them, I'm just getting the round around. And to top if off, they charge you a fee for any in person help because it's a mobile online account. I'm just fed up with dealing with this bank. I'm seriously considering closing my account if my issues aren't ADDRESS AND FIX soon......

You should be able to log into your account without upgrading like other banks. Sometime there is not enough space on your phone at that time to receive the upgrade. I was out-of-town and did not have access to my account at all. This is a very Huge Inconvenience. Very Displeased Customer

The app was fine before the update . Now no matter where I am it will not connect. It tells me it's trying and that my connection is slow which is untrue. Every other app I use on my phone ( pixel 4xl) opens flawlessly . I have to log in on the actual website to see my transactions and even than its hit or miss. Just like the app the website takes forever or not at all. Than I use text but that only shows balance .Please fix the issues your a bank you can afford tech guys

Not user friendly and wasn't able to get on the second updates, not all right menus were available, no tutorial given and haven't even been told what my username and password is. Will not clear off of screen with back button, forcing you to go to another app while it is still open, among many other issues that I shouldn't have had.

I have had the mobile app for a few years now and have had no problem. I downloaded the updated version and cannot access the app at all now. It says I have a slow connection but will keep trying. I do not have a slow connection. I have deleted and reloaded the app and it got worse.

i do not like the update. it does not have the credit and debits different colors like it used to. it is all the same color and the only difference is the parentheses. i know that is the correct way but it is harder to understand for regular people and who are not used to it. other then that i like the app

I loved this app, never had any problems with it for years bow until this new update. Now it hardly lets me log in and every online purchase I've tried to make, the site denies it and says that my address doesn't match my card. Very irritating.

I haven't been able to get this app to even try to install on my phone since day 1. The only way for me to access my account with this bank is via their website which has limited options. I was told this app was the way to do a lot of the things I'm unable to do via the standard website but it won't even install. I get an error unable to install message the lasts maybe a second before going back to a blank screen as if if I'd never even pressed the install button in the first place. How am I to effectively interact with my bank if half their stuff barely works? The employees do their best but I get the feeling even they can't do much for me. Not mention half my transactions are declined for no reason. I'm always either fraud checked or somehow at a spending limit. Like how am I supposed to pay bills or trust auto features when I have to go withdraw cash every time I need to make a large payment? I don't know I may switch banks. But please fix your app. Please.

NEVER WORKS This app never works, i put in my password and everything and it stays on the loading screen. Not even kidding i just sat there with the loading screen FOR 10 MINUTES! Never got into my account, it wouldnt work. This app needs MAJOR help. Thinking i might switch banks, i find it ridiculous that i have to go to the bank branch to get any info. Aside from walmart, there is ONE bank branch anywhere near me. WASTE OF TIME!

Always had a good experience with the app until the latest update. When I speak to someone at a branch, they all have a different reason for why I can't log on. I was even told it was my phone providers problem. I have tried all of the suggestions but still can't log on.

This app is the worse! I cant log into my account at all. It tells me log in or password is incorrect. I've been down to the bank twice trying to get the fixed and absolutely nuth'n works! Do not waste your time with this one!

Everytime I go to log into the app; ight tells me " this ID is currently locked out. Please contact your financial institution to unlock your user ID." I shouldn't have to everytime I want to use the app. It was a 5 star app until it started doing this. Thanks for fixing this.

For the most part this is a good app. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because I am constantly having to call customer service because I'm always getting locked out of the app. Says I'm putting in the wrong password but I'm not. No use calling customer service because they just tell me I'm typing in the wrong password when I know this is not true.

Doesn't load more than half the time. Bank balance is not accruate or updated correctly more than half the time. If you check on your account early in the morning between midnight and 7am the app either does not load or give you a correct balance. Which I need to know accuracy of my balance if payments come out at midnight.

Galaxy s20, can't login, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still just won't log me in all it does is load while my hair turns gray. This app version is so bad and I'm surprised it's working for so many others.

This app tends to not work during certain hours it's really inconvenient when I want to check my balance before I make a purchase and I can't log in because it says there's an authentication error when I know for a fact what my password is even the fingerprint login will not work.... and this is not during maintenance because there is no maintenance message on the front of the screen..
