Slow and nagging. Taking a picture of a check makes a LOUD camera sound, even if your phone is muted. Deposits often require pictures to be retaken. All in all, one of the worst mobile banking apps put there!
great concept works good most of the time. but you can't deposit and forget it. you still have to go back because some checks and them not showing up even though I got a confirmation that it was accepted!
I had no problem depositing checks through my phone in the prior version. In this version I have to keep retaking the picture and sometimes after the 10th try it will take it or I have to go to the bank. Fustrating.
Love the bank, don't love the app. Takes 5 minutes to deposit a check. My other bank apps (wells, ally) don't have this problem Update 7/20/21. It's now taking more than 5 minutes. Instead of fixing the problem, it's getting worse. Reconsidering using this bank at this point
Tried to use zelle app.. zelle says it's built into City National Bank FL app. So I downloaded app. And cannot sign in with online credentials. Call City National and they say "yes we have an issue with the android version of app" . So back to square one . Cannot transfer monies. :-(
Useless. Doesn't accept my user credentials. I can only access my account using google chrome in my computer but it shows transactions 2 days behind. Ended in this bank when they adquired Executive Bank. I think I'm moving to another bank
Easy to use and effective
Very difficult. The camera and pictures taken never read the amount. With Wells Fargo app never have this problem.
Very slow and does not let you deposit several checks in the same deposit. It takes more that other bank's app to finish your deposit.

It is too sensitive as i have to go to the bank too often because this app will not recognize the picture
I had this account for years, yet the mobile app acys up alot. Fix the bugs...
the app does not work with my android and when i call tech support they tell me theres nothing they can do!@!@
Hard to capture picture as per app, not actual picture.
What a great time saver and easy to use...excellent app!
Works well, and simplifies setting up bill pay versus online banking.
Not sure why it always goes back and asks the same question as to whether to keep the picture or not

The worst. Every other week it takes my finger print setting off and I can't log in or get it back on there. Plus the banks system shuts down and you can't see or use your accounts. Everything you click on takes you to a webpage instead of on the app.
