I only have a credit card and I was finally able to log in recently after trying for half a year.

This app was ok but it's broken on Android Oreo and has been for some time now.
The app is useless when it comes to using Zelle. It freezes up again and again and never works.
I constantly have to delete and redownload this app for it to work. Absolutely broken app. Please fix this for your customers!
The app hasn't started at all in a few weeks. Devs clearly need to keep up with updates.
It tells me to upgrade and then I try, but it won't download. I'm left unable to access my account.
This app is absolute dogshit I cannot deposit checks at all it's just error after error after error . And every time I want to try it again I have to relog in. I guess it's par for the course the bank isn't much better.
Won't let me log in: keeps saying that my credentials are invalid, even though I am having no trouble signing in online with the exact same user name and password.

This app is bright and uncluttered. Options are easy to find and easy to use. The ability to customize my accounts is Fantastic!!!

Frequent Login issues / Outdated app
Camera focus, then when taking a picture it moves itself out of focus. Truly terrible. App is only good for checking bank accounts not for mobile deposit which they keep pushing for.
With the last update it went from unstable to completely unusable. CNB is not even trying to address the issues. Hands down this is the worst banking application that I've ever used.

This app has been broken for the last few months. Can no longer make deposits -- camera isn't focusing properly. Probably will need to switch to another bank.
Non stop crashing on my HTC One M8. Unable to make deposit using phone. Always crashes and blurry images all of the place. Very frustrating.
It worked fine until recent updates and security changes. It's now just junk. Crashes whenever I start it on my GN2. Very disappointed. I would give it a 0 if that was possible.
I can sign in to the old app, no problem. Go to sign in to the new one... Says: "Invalid User ID or Password!! I'm using the same password and user ID for BOTH apps!!!! What the hell?!?
Useless to set up Zelle and unable to log in or figure any of this out. Just keeps sending me around in circles and there is no Such Feature on the CNB app that says Move Funds, as Zelle suggests. And when you go to help, and select "Send" money with Zelle" (even tho I am trying to receive), it just gives u general info describing the service, and does not actually get you to the service, and then the app Freezes you in the Help seciton and you are unable to return to the banking app!!!!
