I have been trying to pay my bill since last month and the app keeps crashing. Fix asap please
This app is no longer working. It gives an error msg that the server is not available and then the app turns off so we can't go to help inside the app.
Despite encountering a few hiccups today, this app takes a no-frills approach to payment.
Keep saying can't connect to server. Why is this happening now when there were no issues in the past? Please fix this. Update: 12/03/17 So how are you supposed to pay your bill if you can't log on to o access your account? Anyone else having problems with this?
Was great til it couldnt connect. Now i have no clue if my bill is due. Please fix
The app was easier to use than the website. Except for when it asked for your Account number it was a little confusing.
Not the most sophisticated app, but works well for paying your bill.

What is going on? It keeps saying it cannot connect to server. I tried it with Wi-Fi, without, I uninstalled it and downloaded again and still nothing. Very frustrating
