App is great when it works, but too often it does not. When I try to use the tracker, a black bar obstructs options so unable to choose a route.
I had a great experience using the application, it was user friendly and seemed to function without a glitch until it suddently went blank a few days ago. I still use it for trolly commute and other features. Hope the app is back running like normal soon.
App is very unstable and crashes often. UI is bad and navigation is not intuitive. Also, white text on white background doesn't great for readability... Smh
Interactive, visually fluid and easy to use app with options to efficiently communicate the needs of the overall growth and development of the city.
Many times it reads select an address or drag pin the pin is nowhere to be found and i have selected a legitimate address the app just refuses to work
no matter how much information you input when reporting an issue.... no one from city can figure it out. basically inept city employees and app.
city is non responsive to reports and lately app doesnt even function- always ever a message to try again later.
Unable to collapse useless information covering top 1/2 of screen!!
I really like this app and the level of response when you have an issue
its not working like it use to.My stops that i recorded are always gone.
I can not see the trolley schedule due to a black window obstruct the information.
I can read the options, white letters in a white background.. 👎
This app never worked on my android.
Just used the trolly part of the app. It's confusing and slow to navigate, which wouldn't be a problem if it didn't consistently lose your last choice/place. Gave up and just relied on luck and intuition. Useless.
Trash update, can't even show nearby stops since last update
Nice interface. Smooth operation so far, No glitches found. Like the trolly gps feature. Overall a good app to have as a resident of Miami Beach.
Works fine except the trolley feature which is the whole point of the app

This app sais loading for at the very least 9 years (waited 2 hours) stays static

Possibly the worst app ever created. Trolley tracker hasn't worked in two months.
App has been crashing ever since the last update. Just pops up warning screen when clicking to log in, saying something went wrong, try again later. Been like this for three weeks or so.
