The app can be used to ask a question or report a variety of nuisances, including potholes, graffiti, damaged street signs, abandoned vehicles, and more. You can even upload a photo with your report. Every report is immediately routed to the appropriate team so they can quickly respond and provide an answer or solution. In addition to tracking the reports that you’ve submitted, the app allows you to view reports submitted by other users, and learn when they’ve been resolved.

App keeps getting better and better each time I use it. They keep adding more categories which is helpful for both the citizens and they city as it helps us citizens find the proper category for getting the information to the proper dept(s) which helps them address the issues sooner.
