City of Tampa

They don't even bother to update the video in the app store. "Bob" isn't even the mayor and hasn't been for a while. The app now split screens you with chrome or or I'm sure with any web browser and takes you to the city web page. Why have an app if anything you try and accomplish just takes you to the website for the city. I've clicked on the link to pay utilities and others it is all the same split screens and the city web site.

haven't been able to pay my water bill from website or the phone system. keeps declining my CC but doesn't say why. Can't get them to take payment when talking to live person. Nothing wrong with my CC as I use it for everything else. There has got to be a better method to make payment. They don't even reply to emails sent to them regarding the issues. I'm now past the due date as of Friday.

This app can't be used to pay bill. It routes user to the Tampa water html webpage with login pw. .App no longer able to pay bill. I had hoped the update would store pmt method. In stead it forces you back to the old web system. Delete time. It was fun for a bit. Paid bill paper stamp uspa check first time in 20 years. lol

As you enter ur bank number, its blank and tells you no bank number entered.

Very slow. Try to check water bill but taking long time and errors are showing up.

I love the response they have towards their users. Updating this review based on other reviews. Maybe put a notice on the front page to help with the confusion? I do like the local notices. Thats extent of my knowledge on the app however.

On 6/28/18, I updated my review from 1 to 5. I appreciate the feedback from the developer for this app for quick help to find a solution to my issues. Now is easy for me to make a payment without typing info or entering from time to time to make a payment. It's already save. Happy customer 😁 On 6/26/18, I prepared the old version, it's easy and convenient. Now I always ask my hubby his social or look for statement account all the time. I hated this new version.

Struggling to understand why this app can't be moved to my SD card. The OS doesn't depend on it to function.

Received a letter saying that I could pay the water bill using this app. This is not the case. The app keeps giving me an error message saying that the system is down. Looking at the previous comments left on this feed and seeing that the issue hasn't been addressed for months makes me feel like you guys don't care. The reply seems like something that a bot would just copy and paste to each comment. Either remove your claims of being able to use the app for bill pay or actually fix the issue.

Loved this app mainly because it allowed me to manage my utility account with the city. Last few weeks it consistently says the utility service is unavailable. Can't check on my account or pay my bill anymore. Hope it gets fixed.

Stopped letting me pay my water bill 3 months ago. Metro is my service carrier.

The first release was good, but this latest version with the ability to make Utility Bill payments and submit Service Requests is terrific!

Very easy to use and so much information right at my finger tips. Hats off to the geek squad :)
