City Rewards
Enjoy full features of City Rewards by downloading the City Rewards app. You will be able to use City Rewards on your smartphone in just a few easy steps by following the in-app instructions.
Present your City Rewards physical card or City Rewards app when you make a purchase at participating stores to earn points, enjoy exclusive promotions or member discounts.
Points accumulated can also be used to offset your next purchase as cash equivalent. Do note that the points will expire after a year at the end of the equivalent month in which they were earned.
If you forgot to bring your card or phone, you can simply provide your mobile phone number, NRC number (for Myanmar citizens) or Passport number (for other nationals) to earn points or enjoy member promotions and discounts. You would not be able to redeem points without presenting your physical card or app to protect your interest.

May 8 and then May 9 without any significant changes, you think you could just send notification and force user redirect to Play store ? very bad user experience! And very unresponsive reply just come Mar 18 2020, "from time to time" ? It's like sending hand written letter with 🕊️ to get your reply. Waiting for your app update ? No thanks
It takes a long time to update everytime I buy at citymart. I cannot add points whenever I come and buy here. Do something convenient and truely beneficial for the customers.
Can't sign up. I always get the message that my phone number is not available. But it it sure is the correct number I keyed in. And now you answered 2 months later. Not very efficient for Myanmar's largest supermarket chain.
The app is not working in Occean center at St John city mall. The app is automatically closed whenever they scan the QR code and never opens back. it's very pathetic app, finally uninstalled it.
I use city rewards notonly for point collections, butalso for money deposit and payment. recently asks for update the app: I can not update yet. waiting for longtimes.Tried manytimes. all failed. So I cannot use app for tendays now .
app is okay when we install.Then doesn't work any more and can't update.But Cashiers are very kind and ask abt City Pay, i have to say " city pay doesn't work". 😂😂
Always need to be updated, and nobody at the cashier could help with the update. cannot updates using huawei . and gave up to use anymore !!!
Good for shopping points but application is not so good and can't use back key to sign out.
Useless app. Forever cannot log on when you are paying at the counter!!
As of February, the app stopped collecting points. The app is up-to-date.
I like very much City Rewards App for easy to paid and get back as much the points as i bought.
I will uninstall that app because sing in need to fill NRC . Why do your company call for peraonal data,? how you keep and secure the customer information .? That was not Crd card. Other way to sing in was recommended.

A good app. But scanning method to access customers' accounts (the way to get QR code by entering into the app) should be changed into another way; eg, customer's mobile phone no., account no. or an ID card to scan. And reward points should added more (eg, 5 points) for people who are using recycle bags instead of plastic bags.
