City Sports

Pretty good app, but there is an "add to calendar" link for appts but no calendar in the app and it does not email you a link or anything either. Also, refers you to go Settings, but it crashes every time I tap it. Been leaving feedback via my mobile phone regularly but not fixed.

Handling cancelled training sessions definitely could use some improvements App is overall fine until you have to do a trainer initiated session cancelation. ie. let's say they need to reschedule. When they remove the session on their end, it's removed from my calendar but the # of "available sessions" to schedule remains the same. My trainer said it will be added on next billing cycle but that solution is subpar. There should be great visibility on both client and service side.

App is pretty much only good to check in. Tried changing my home club, locating a club (to see hours), seeing classes; nothing worked. The location feature has worked before, so that's almost worse.

The app outlines all concerns, EASY/SELF or MANUAL check in. Aerobic classes, CYCLYING, HOME WORKOUTS, TRAINERS etc...its ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING...GREAT APP CITY SPORTS...THANK YOU..plus OPERATIONS MANAGER...CHRISTINA IS THE ABSOLUTE BESTEST...ijs

Membership Barcode should be on app's home screen! Everyone needs to scan the barcode 99% of the time anyone opens the app. Why isn't it displayed in the very first screen when the app is launched? Embed it in the space where the city's sports gym photo is

Decent so far haven't really used all the features though lol.

Cannot use contactless check-in. Says it's because I used on previous decvice and need to log off from that device. WELL I DID!!! Still not able to access my membership card on new device. Super annoying.

Can't change user name, can't change password, have to uninstall the app if you want to desactive keyless check in, always asking for last digits of account number, Wich nobody know how to get it. Super annoying app

Horrible. I cannot log in and have to reset and won't allow me to reset even though I enter the two key things they need. Useless

Wow...this app has nothing to write about. I've also just checked 24hr fitness and they are on it!!!! City Sports you just let me down.

would love if i could just set my main gym in the app. i hate having to search my zip code every time i want to see the day's class listings

Please allow sorting of favorite classes by day... not by the order that I favorited them in. 🤦‍♀️

when you push for a digital membership card, the ui should make the membership card the first and most available item on the homescreen

App is garbage. Gym staff is garbage. Gyms are nice. But I'm going back to 24 Hour.

It sucked

Pretty good, but needs notifications. If bump up the review if it could send me notifications on a schedule that I design (I.e. A day before, and an hour before etc.) Just adding it to my calendar isn't enough because sometimes the appointments get added through a different source (by the trainer at the gym for example) and then they don't show up in the calendar. Cancelled appointments aren't removed from the calendar. This needs to have its own notifications.

well i tried to email customer support to help me update my check-in since some of them are not showing but no one response to me.and take note i tried to email twice in different week but no one response!!

The App does not have an option to make payments or change existing payment card on file.

Training appointment doesn't refresh.

Unfortunately, since the 6/2 update, it has rendered the app useless and keeps telling me "City Sports Has Stopped Working" Very frustrating if it's not going to work. Was working perfectly before the update. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

I mainly use this for member key access but ever since I updated the app it stopped working. It says "Unfortunately, City Sports has stopped." Worked just fine before. It's a basic app . I even uninstalled and reinstalled... Twice!! And still no luck. Please fix ASAP

Can't login so the app is kind of pointless. If keeps telling me there is an error.

The only thing I use this app for is the membership card. Android allows shortcuts to be put on your home screen that takes you directly to a specific part of an app. This app needs to add a shortcut that will open directly to the QR code.

The court bookings/reservations keep on disappearing automatically. Wrong courts are assigned on reserving. App crashes frequently.

Specialty when location relayed services are used. . Always disconnect multiple times. . Success ratio is 1:5

App always shuts down whenever I try to click on the class schedules-- it's easier to just go online and look it up yourself.
