Can't even log onto cunyfirst. Pathetic how cuny can't even afford a decent site or app.
Terrible to use. Can't easily use buttons to make choices. Went to enroll and could never see the full screen. Useless!
I had to click on programs, pick random program, and then pick one of the schools BMCC, so that i can click on log on to cuny first/portal.THE MOST IMPORTANT REASONS WHY STUDENTS GO IN TO CUNY WEB.

Great app for accessing all of CUNY campuses on a virtual hub
Cuny imo uses some of the worst software pckges and has some of the worst websites I've ever used. This app is virtually useless. It doesn't have what people need (imo).
Needs to be updated access to cuny portal made easier and part of the app access to cuny first made easier. Payment center

It's hard to log in into the portal. Should consider making it more accessible for esims and blackboard.
It's CUNY so not shocked tbh. CUNY and technology don't match well. Maybe in 10 years they'll figure it out. Just in time for it to be useless. Honesty they should have the students make these apps. Would work better than whoever makes these apps and save a fortune while at it. Win for all. Cuny gets a app and students get go improve their resume, like other schools do. Sadly CUNY hires third party apps who don't know anything.
How many reviews stating the same thing will it take before they care? WHERE IS CUNY FIRST AND CUNY PORTAL?? CUNY first via mobile internet is horrible. So here I thought this was the answer but apparently it is not even an option. All this extra stuff is nice but how about you add what many students use on a regular basis?
Only connects to Web pages and doesn't even have a link to cuny first... Useless

It's been almost 2 years since it was released and still no way to sign in to CUNY first
Id have a option to log in to my sch therefore I can't see my classes or grades😡
