Very convenient way to pay my C.U. bill. Seems to take 4 or 5 days for actual withdrawl. Not having to dig for the logout button would be a plus! Still, its at least a week faster than paper, which i still get so i can see the breakdown.
No way to save my payment method so I have to enter it each time. Frustrating, but I like being able to pay this way.
I may hate CU with the burning passion of 1000 suns, but this app is great. Put the developers in charge of everything, you bloodless fiends.
I've used this app for months and loved that it worked so easily. Now all it says is "bill needs to refresh" won't load my bill anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem continues! Please fix the problem so I don't have to spend hours on hold for someone to answer questions about my bill that I used to be able to access in this app.
I like being able to pay my bill this way, however I would like to be able to pull up my bill. I haven't been able to do that with this app.
It's really convenient. I can't always go to my utilities building to pay my bill, and having the ability to simply pay over the app is incredibly nice. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone. :)
Overall it works alright. You can't view details and it's a little buggy. I can't save a payment method, I'm not sure if that's a common issue or not. Otherwise its a lot better than waiting for paper bills!
Of course CU would find a way to mess this up just like everything else they do. What's the app if I can't see or pay the bill.
I use to be able to pay my bill on thos app. but now I get a connection error every time I try. I just want to be able to get on the app even if it's to bs it would be nice to be able to use it again lol
Can't connect to server anymore. Seems to have been a problem since early November. Still not working for me.
The app is super slow and glitchy. Half of the time it won't even load anything.
The app keeps saying failed connections to server. Should fix it if you want the bill paid.
I haven't found a way to save my payment method yet. Only real down side. I also wished it had shown a bill breakdown.
I just moved from a city that was one-tenth the size of this one. If they had the app it would be a lot better than waiting on the phone or mailing out payments
I would like it better if it would save my payment method info. But works good other than that. More convenient and faster than the automated system, for sure.
This app used to work. Even though it wouldn't keep a payment method, I used to be able to view the amount owed, and pay the bill. Now I keep getting a failed connection to server error for the last few days. The way I see it, why keep an app on your phone that doesn't work?
This app used to be good now it won't let me sign in at all. Saying it can't connect to the server
Much better than calling the automated system. Which can't understand any word.
It didn't work for more than 3 1/2 weeks until my next bill was posted as late and then I owed 2 months to catch up. It would not let me see the amount due nor would it let me enter a generic payment of any kind, stating I had no payment choices on file. When I called app support all they told me to do was uninstall and reinstall the app which I have done 5 times before I could finally make my last month's payment today and the current bill will be due within another 10 days. And that prob inc a late fee!
Makes bill paying easy! It would be nice to have a way to contact city utilities in the app and also to be able to see previous statements.
Works well. Better than the website I guess. Easy to use. Doesn't save credit card info but I think you have to do that on a computer. 4 stars
It's easier to pay bills through the app than calling and putting all your info in, but I've had to uninstall and redownload it several times now.
This app will not display any correct bill info and is just logged with bugs.
Sure it makes it easier to pay, but I've had a lot of problems getting my account set up. Typical city utilities
Easiest way to pay your utility bill, keeps records of your payments you made. Works great when you're in a hurry and it eliminates paper waste. You're done within a few minutes paying your utility bill.
Was having trouble paying my bill online so I thought I'd give the app a try. It was easy to use and super convenient!
The app use to work but now it keeps saying server connect issues....please fix this
I would like it better if I could get the app to connect to the server so I can make a payment like I always have done in the past.
It was a good way to pay your bill until it got compromised and they wouldn't let you usenit anymore. They may have fixed it since then and made it more secure.
