It was a good way to pay your bill until it got compromised and they wouldn't let you usenit anymore. They may have fixed it since then and made it more secure.

Very convenient way to pay my C.U. bill. Seems to take 4 or 5 days for actual withdrawl. Not having to dig for the logout button would be a plus! Still, its at least a week faster than paper, which i still get so i can see the breakdown.

I've used this app for months and loved that it worked so easily. Now all it says is "bill needs to refresh" won't load my bill anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem continues! Please fix the problem so I don't have to spend hours on hold for someone to answer questions about my bill that I used to be able to access in this app.

It's really convenient. I can't always go to my utilities building to pay my bill, and having the ability to simply pay over the app is incredibly nice. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone. :)

Overall it works alright. You can't view details and it's a little buggy. I can't save a payment method, I'm not sure if that's a common issue or not. Otherwise its a lot better than waiting for paper bills!

I use to be able to pay my bill on thos app. but now I get a connection error every time I try. I just want to be able to get on the app even if it's to bs it would be nice to be able to use it again lol

This app used to work. Even though it wouldn't keep a payment method, I used to be able to view the amount owed, and pay the bill. Now I keep getting a failed connection to server error for the last few days. The way I see it, why keep an app on your phone that doesn't work?

It didn't work for more than 3 1/2 weeks until my next bill was posted as late and then I owed 2 months to catch up. It would not let me see the amount due nor would it let me enter a generic payment of any kind, stating I had no payment choices on file. When I called app support all they told me to do was uninstall and reinstall the app which I have done 5 times before I could finally make my last month's payment today and the current bill will be due within another 10 days. And that prob inc a late fee!

Easiest way to pay your utility bill, keeps records of your payments you made. Works great when you're in a hurry and it eliminates paper waste. You're done within a few minutes paying your utility bill.
