The serviss itself is great. BUT! You charge your serviss per minute, so your app should run smoother than pentagon server room i think. Because a lot of times, when you need to finish a ride, the app crashes or is not responding to the lock button - witch leads to overpricing your serviss. Please fix
Unfortunately I was not able to recieve a sign up sms code to my USA phone. Seems like it would be a great service. Will try again next trip!
Tagline promises "60 seconds and drive". App can't even send a verification email after four days. ๐ Support replies: "experiencing technical difficulties". Competitors are competent give beeswarm a pass RN. Edit: Forgot to mention that app crashed three times while sending license verification.
The service itself is decent, but the identification process horrendous. I used the service over the summer, all was good. Now I'm back in Latvia but with a new local sim card; when I enter the number and confirm it by sms it asks for a pin for another user, who obviously doesn't use the service anymore and support isn't helping at all, they've called me to confirm the number is mine, but refuse to let me use it for the service. So go figure.
Can't do anything. Your app version is too old, please update to continue. Just downloaded from store and can't register... Upd. I think it was because of VPN. Without it I can register.
For a premium price I got very bad service. What happened is I rented a car and it was so slippery that I was stuck on spot for 5 min in the beginning. I also got stuck for a few minutes in the middle of the traffic. At the same time all of the other cars were able to drive. Probably citybee uses cheap winter tires. Being cheap on customers safety doesnt feel right to me. I asked for a refund but the customer service told me that car stuck in the snow was my fault and they wont refund me.

So the app crashed when I started the drive! When I wanted to finish the drive, I opened the app, but it did not show me any active drives, yet I was still in the car. Had to call support to tell them this and so that they could lock the car manually. It was not hard to do this, but i still even now cant open that drive in history and my app keeps crashing every time I try to. All would be ok, if only the extra cash counting would not continue when there are problems like this! :(
As an application user You may not know that they have separate system for each county. And if you add money to app wallet in one country it won't be used to pay for trip and at some point it will disappear from your wallet, once you are back to your county. Also it took a long time and multiple calls with support, horrendous amount of emails to get money back. App itself is easy to use and is a good car rental solution if actual issue resolving process will be improved.
The worst thing is that the App quite often laggs, crashes, sometimes I need to refresh the phone to be able to open it up. It especially plays on the nerves when you need to end the drive and you can't because of the black screen (and of course you're charged more because you're not ending the trip). And don't blame the internet or whatever connection - other Apps on the same phone and same internet work much better.
Problematic UI/UX. Drove around a parking lot for 45 minutes trying to understand where I can drop off the car (bigger one). Please mark the dedicated spots! It cost me 12 EUR extra + a lot of frustration. Also, when starting the app for the first time, please prompt for a license right away. I was literally standing in front of the car trying to validate my face in the dark. Only to find out that ID card is not sufficient (although it is interchangeable with the drivers license in Estonia).
Reserved a vehicle, walked for about ~10 minutes, and the reservation disappeared along with the vehicle.
The most unstable application. It's been already three times I just couldn't finish my trip. I had to write to service and call them. It was twice off working times, so next morning I had a lot of credit, as it was impossible to reach. Lately it was better. But still no android fixed. Find that irresponsible. App deleted.

Asking password or biometrics at app launch is not convenient. Carguru doesn't ask for this, so every time I open citybee I have negative emotion. More: prices are the highest amongst others. Had a situation when reserved a car, but it gone while I was heading to it (before timer was over). Another situation: rented a car, but it doesn't turn on. Called support, waited 5 minutes to connect, switched to latvian, got answer immediately.
It's a tragedy to add a driver's license.. Tried a few times, always denied, doesn't tell me what's wrong, just that it was denied. Have no clue how to add it.
Service is great but recently whenever i try tu run an app it crashes before i can even login
Very bad. It always asks to add card to your account. Imposible to use this service.
Cars are Okey, but so many aditional costs that it getting harder and harder to understand how much do you pay
Giving one star, because can't use program at all, because "such a user has already registered" yes i am, so why i cant log in?
I'm getting more and more tired of cityBee. I guess you guys are just lucky that you don't have competitors in Lithuania. The app fails several times, charging more money for the time you are trying to end a trip, especially with the scouters. You pay even for scouters that are not working. Customer support is TERRIBLE. I've been waiting for days for someone to answer an email, and it's not the first time. Some days ago I tried to rent a car, the app unlocked the car but the car didn't open.
Had to clean snow 20min of my time, the saloon had iqos smell and old cigaretes, I COULD NOT leave the vehicle where i took it, so i had to take taxi to get to the place i took it, because there was my own car.. The support was helpless. Never using this app again ๐ ๐ ๐
Since I've started the scooter rent - I couldn't finish it, tried many times, but every time getting "Your camera app has failed", then I had to call the customer service. And you have to register in EVERY COUNTRY SEPARATELY to use the service internationally! Well... I tried to register in my home country after Lithuania, but stuck getting "Something went wrong" each time I tried to confirm my phone number. So I recommend not to spend your lifetime on this app.

Really bad. When immediately needed the car now, I was not allowed to take it since need to add the driving licence and recognize the selfie (I did it 6 months ago or so), tried and failed- spits errors even before the account was ok and I used it for taking cars and now it does not recognize me. Rather than sending email notifying to update the account info someday, they choose to prevent you taking the car when you really need it and force to update the info.
I decided to try out this app since I had a free code, my first attempt was unsuccessful because for some reason as I entered the scooters code it wouldn't let me drive, so I had to cancel it and there goes my free ride, my second attempt was good, but the problem is, whenever I went to the orange area and took a picture it said you must be in that area in order to proceed, so I had to take pictures 6 times just so I could finish, I changed positions.. The ride was good, but the way It ended..
After map zoom-out (to see entire Vilnius), screen becomes unresponsive for 5 - 15 minutes. It's not freezed - battery and clock values are changing. But there's nothing I can do with the phone until it will decide to unfreeze. Phone and app are just updated. Another issue - orange parking zones are not displayed on the map. On Trafi app zones are displayed correctly.
The option to add Credit card fails for 3rd day. Support was not able to help and said that I would reach out to my bank. ๐ My bank operations work perfectly fine, just this app crashes. And not only for me as I see some more reviews rated with 1* having same experience, so I guess you do not care about making more troughought investigation and fixing bugs? Or is it a feature? ๐ Really bad and dissapointing experience. Already used and will use another options to move around city.
Great app. Provides huge parking coverage, nice cars, cool benefits like receive a bonus for fueling the car, can find a car around almost all the time. Really good value. Keep it up! The only bad thing is that during winter almost 1 out of 3 cars had no window washer fluid - and there was none in the car.
