An absolute trash app. The only reason this app exists is for pass. No proper routes, the UI is janky, and it never shows even one route properly (except the bus routes that are predermined). For example, If I want to 360 mall, from salmiya, it's easy from 2 buses, but guess what, this app has shows a mix of the worst and the best ways. And why does it take 4 hours just to reach the mall? Up your standards, make a better app

It used to be one of the most useful apps in Kuwait. However, not only is OTM is taking forever, the app is completely useless since the last update, except for manually seeing bus stops on the map. I hope that this can be fixed soon and my rating will change when it does.

Very good app. Before when I go to unknown places It was difficult to find bus stops and if I find one also I am unsure whether bus for my destination will come in this stop or not. But with this app I am able to plan my travel. Thank you. One suggestion it would be more helpful if I could some kind of message or signal to the bus that passenger is waiting in the stop, since some buses go direct without stopping in the stop.

It would be better if the option to call bus is enabled. For example im waiting on road 80 under the flyover, but bus not coming down and its passed on the flyover. If the call bus option to post notification to driver is enabled than that would be appreciated and happly i will give 5 rating.

it is really a good application.. helps to reduce the waiting time of bus.. But the issue that i face with the application is that some time its not functioning properly usually in the office hours. i think you should improve your servers and make it tolarable with high data traffic.

Not A reliable App to rely on, Drivers aren't Following the Schedule on this App. This app does not update Schedules time to time.. The only good thing about this is that it indicates which routes are going to or near to your destination.. And now it is not working properly, loading times, app crashes.. Useless App Right now, don't bother to install, till further update.

Great app to get details of bus. Keeps on hanging all the time. Doesnt load pages most of the time thats why low rating otherwise idea of app is excellent. Pleaae ask your drivers to obey bus timing of strting point. They go 5 mins before only. How do we rely on timing shown in this app. Timing comment is for starting point only. App takes lot of lot to operate. I think you have to increase server capacity

today july 3,2019. theres a glitches happening with this app. tried to open several times but it keeps crashing and turn my effort into trash, waste of time. very useless!

The App has potential, but it doesn't work properly. Most buses are not connected to App in realtime. Needs A LOT of work.

The concept of this app is great, but the problem of disfunction at the time of pick and waiting the bus in destination... Please improve to find near by bus and time arrival....

The app was excellent at the start which got in alot of customers. Now it doesn't work 90% of the times. And when it does work, it will take a lot of time to load.

Great initiative but Very poorly maintained app. Half of the time it features doesnt work. If the app works properly all the time then its a great app.

Mobile application is the good idea. but the bus service is always wrost. Because their timing and drivers behavior is very poor.. google play please include below star option....

I installed the app, but when I am log in with my mobile number, I am not receiving the OTP verification code. I have tried many times and no luck. Please solve this problem, for the time being I will give one star only till the problem is solved.

Very bad bus company... You have made avaible your app as guide for your client about departure time for their specific bus numbers... Your app is cannot be trusted as details is VERY INACCURATE.. You are wasting our time waiting under the heat of the sun trying to be a loyal customer and waiting for our bus.. Seems your company does not have the ability to be loyal with your customers. I have raised so many complaints with your drivers for the act of arrogancy, still no action taken.

Best Bus Tracker app I used ever. Thanks!! Sorry Guys!! Had to re rate the app.. as the recent usage of the app has not been satisfactory. The app is not working at times and buffering a lot.

Perfect app for people in Kuwait who use Citybus. Everytime I have been facing issues related to the buses but after using this app I feel so relieved. Im never late to where ever I have to be. Thank you team. Congrats and good luck.

This is by far the worst app I ever used.. From past 20 days.. I am not able to find any bus service from this app.. All it shows me me is "no bus stop near by" when I am standing in malya bus stop.. Kindly fix this error 🛑🛑

its very nice app and very helpful but the one thing problem is the bus driver because some of the bus driver are waiting in the bus stand to wait the passenger until its full. its take how many minutes to wait.

Hello city bus It's great app, but u have to add one complaint column in this app. because most of the bus driver are doing misbehave with pass holder. And if they know that passenger have bus pass they are not stopping bus. So please work on it.

it was an amazing app untill latest update messed everything now not able to login , and even if u r logged in its stuck locating gps ....and not showing routes also very bad please fix it

Doesn't work most of the time. Only keeps on loading. Developers need to learn how to make a software that works every time when you use it.
