1. While still scrolling down to look up the needed routes under Nearby tag, the ETA keeps on refreshing. Allow manually adjust refresh time in setting? 2. Some really nearby routes dropped into the lower section plus failure of route search. Missed taking a direct route but taken 2 routes and used double time and fare to unfamiliar destination. The logic History and bookmark is not necessary. 3. Too much refreshes and display of ad screen for every switch back to this app from any other app.

It's great to have this app to check bus arrival times. I wish that it would be possible to save a setting (maybe a widget) so it's not necessary to always launch the app, search the route and choose the stop. Now they've added an opening ad, which makes the process even slower. I usually just check the same bus and route for the same stop, usually in a rush.

The app was barely acceptable before this new update and now it is worse! It takes 30 seconds to load the app, but it makes you watch an ad for another 5 seconds before you can use it. I use it every morning to check bus times, but it takes 8-10 taps, and over 1 minute to reach the result. Why can't you make it easier? We can't even set favourites for frequently used bus routes. And the ads are totally UNACCEPTABLE for an official app.

Filled with nunerous ads and oftentimes the system is down. When looking through your bookmarks, for some reason it would show all the buses going through a certain bus stop instead of just the line you're looking for. And lastly, it would be much better if the route notifications were displayed on native viewer instead of forcing the user to download a PDF file. Waste of space and phone's resources.

V.4 is less user friendly than the previous one. 1. I prefer the 4 squares on front page design over long scroll bar at the bottom. 2. There are too many tabs on the top bar. I think "bookmark" and "frequently used" should be the same list. 3. I find the "yellow red blue" or "orange white green" bus icon distracting 4.In V.4, it is quite difficult to find the next 3 arriving buses. More tabs are needed compared to last version.

After the update of this app, it became even worse. Just to let you know I'm using samsung Galaxy A6+ and I tried using different wifi and using data to open up the app. There are a lot of ad's when opening the app. Before, within a minute I can open the app, search for a bus route and open open the bus stop information all one minute. But after the update, it took me 43 seconds to just open the app, 30 seconds to open up search for a bus route, 2 minutes to search for a bus, 6 minutes to open up the bus information (sometimes it may not even open). If you are the type of people who use this app to check bus arrival times, I recommend you to check it in advance, not last minute check. Recent Update: Even worse. Can't open the app.

It was decent before but I'm experiencing a glitch loop after hitting PUSH ONCE for alighting. Now I can't close the app. Grrr

It was annoying before with all the ads and a hard to navigate search function. As of version 4.2.1 its broken and can no longer search for routes. Google maps is less accurate but at least it works reliably. I'd rather have a rough estimate from Google than an app that when I open serves me an ad then an unresponsive screen.

Keep in a slow start since last update, the only reason is it needs to download the latest ads! It is even a video ad qnd will play in a loud sound automatically! A waste of data usage and very annoying. Cann't believe it's an app from a bus company which has already benefited from our ticket!

Ads driven - efficiency and user friendliness hindered by too many ads. Even on launch there is a 10 seconds delay with a screen promoting passenger safety and followed by another screen showing more ads before you can view any bus info - no good if you are in a hurry to check the route before the bus leaves the bus stop. And then there is an ad on the screen everywhere you navigate.

App is really slow. The recent update made it worse, with gigantic ads that cover half the screen. The app does show bus arrival information and allows you to save frequently used bus stops, but don't rely on it to load quickly.

It is a shame that there so many ads in the official app. The app is slow and unresponding, it takes so much time to load the information. The user interface is bad, we have to click so many buttons before we can get the information we need. Also, sometimes the bus arrival time is either working or inaccurate. Sincerely hope that your company will put more resources to improve the IT which is very important nowasdays.

It takes a long time to start the app (probably due to trying to serve ads). It is so annoying for the app not to be responsive that I look for alternatives. Otherwise I like using it - I would be happy to imorove thr score if startup time improves dramatically

this app used to work fine. but in these two days, after the app is opened, it closes up as soon as I tap to input the route no. to chk the bus arrival time. uninstalled it once n reinstalled hoping that the problem will be fixed but turned out to be still problematic. pls fix the bug.

App displays a message that I need to update, but the newest version will not install. Seems like there are some problems with this latest version, plus it sounds like it now includes ads. Too bad, as it was a decent app.

Clunky and full of ads that block the information you need and are difficult to get rid of without following links to something you don't want. Often gives incorrect information, such as next bus time far later than actual bus arrival or no more buses on this route just before bus arrives. Sometimes just refuses to work. Fairly typical unfortunately of Hong Kong apps.

Good features bogged down by ads. Ads open at the startup, takes a minute to get to useful features. Not acceptable for an app that tells me ETA of a bus when I'm at a bus stop. Put the ads on the sides goddammit. Getting worse with every update.

This app is supposed to give at least near accurate of the bus schedules but it is soooo unreliable! Specially the 962B in both directions, time arrivals change frequently even if is arriving on the designated bus stop which create major confusions. Also, it crashes many times!

Ads are OK as long as they don't obstruct the primary purpose of the app. Unfortunately the ads make the app so slow as to be unusable. The app doesn't even load past the splash screen half of the time.

It is very good and the best app for boarding and alighting buses on known routes. But if you want to ask what buses I can board to go from A to B, that gives very incomplete & unreliable results, and virtually impossible to use.

This APP is the worst ever travel app I have tried! Tons of Ads, terrible interaction, no user friendliness, and the worst thing is, it kept spinning during morning Rush Hour and never respond. I can hardly think of any reason to keep this App installed.

Was good and convenient to check bus arrival time, until you forced update just to add a full screen ad whenever you start the app. That extra step to click to close the ad is so unnecessary and disruptive to the whole user experience!

Getting worse and worse. It forces the user to see an ad every time it starts. It takes forever for the ad to load and you can only close the ad after another 5 seconds. Total trash!

Essential app. Accurate arrival timings. But the splash screen ad is horrible. Constant pop ups like re-timing notice again waste too much time. Takes far too long to get to search if a bus is arriving.

Its overall really nice, a lot of times bus comes on time, it shows the diversion route when something happened. However, there are a lot of ads which makes the app slow.

Edit: just added ads on top of the slow and bad UX. great for wasting more time on this app, not to mention that it is slow. Good for 4 days in a week, completely betrays you on the fifth. UX is so bad that you have to wait for several server calls before you ask the everyday question of "when do the bus for work is going to come". aka slow

The scheduling generally works well but WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH All THE ADS?! This isnt a fan made app, this is actually built by citybus! Every time I want to look up a route im forced to watch 5 second video. Clearly theyve never heard of the Term 'user experience'.
