App crashes on opening. Can no longer use it. Please send e-mail when it's working again. I had to uninstall the app. Update: 21 Jul 2020. Downloaded app again. After logging in to the app and selecting my property, the app crashes. Try again. Still doesn't work. Uninstalling.
I love this app! There is currently (6/19/2019) no problem with approving the agreement which several people previously complained about. The app is simple and easy to use to use.
When I go to sign in the Disclaimer pops up, but there is no Accept button. Therefore, the app won't let me sign in. How am I supposed to sign in if there is no way to get past the Disclaimer?
Works for me. No freezing. I think everyone complaining has malware on their phone. Thanks for the great app City Property Management.
Nice idea, but none of the links to information work. I keep clicking on them but nothing opens. 🤷🏻♂️
Can't get past disclaimer after login, there's no button to accept and continue. What good is an app if you can't even use it?
Either fix your app or get rid of it. It does nothing but close when I click on any link.

I would usually use this to pay but now it flat out will not do anything but crash.Now no matter what i will have to pay a fee because of the 15th being tomorrow or over the phone fee😒

In login, I can't get past the Disclaimer.
City Property Management handed out a flyer at our HOA board meeting touting this app and saying it's the best app in the industry. I am very skeptical about that. If this is the best, I'd hate to see the worst. I just tried to record a violation, that section of the app didn't work. Newsletters are in order from oldest to newest. Why would I want to see a two year old newsletter first? Hitting the back button on my phone makes the app ask if I want to quit the so instead of just backing up LIKE EVERY OTHER APP DOES. I guess i should have expected mediocrity and poor quality from City, like everything else they do poorly.
Doesn't show architectural request. Not very useful either..
Useless, hoa can get aid that's all they care about. They don't even have a paint pallet color scheme!!
Try to sign up and keep saying my postcode is wrong look at a letter to make sure I put it in right and still doesn't take it
This app does not let you know when your payment has been submitted. So only hit submit button once or there will be duplicate transactions on your bank account.

Your most recent update has caused the app to no longer open. It immediately crashes, closes out as soon as you click it to open it. I have uninstalled completely and reinstalled the app multiple times since your newest update. Please fix immediately. If your intent is to no longer keep this app, please notify users and the HOA so that it will no longer be advertised to make payments on it or to check our accounts on it. Thank you
