Terrible service!!! Customer support is awful and very rude. The drivers are incompetent and always very late, or their navigation system (GPS) doesn't work properly and they might not even arrive at all, so they will call you and ask you to cancel the order yourself. Prices can jump up to 4 times within a minute of refreshing the app. It used to be a good app 4 years ago, I don't know what happened. Shame 👎🏻
I have no idea why people are rating this so low, my experience so far has been nothing but pleasant. Everything works fine, the prices are actually lower than in Yandex.Taxi, and my driver happened to be really nice and super competent: got me through an hour ride (with traffic) in less than 30 (!) minutes. Sure, maybe I just got lucky, we'll see about that, but I'll definitely use this app again.
This application might deceive you badly, sometimes it offers a ride charged 'according to driver's counter'. Beware! The price might be doubled or tripled to what the application shows, while you think it's fixed and reasonable. These crooks from service support will assure that you were warned about everything. However in fact they let any mad driver to charge your credit card with whatever price he would imagine. I definitely wouldn't recommend to share you credit card details with the app.
First of all maps are out of date and are inaccurate. Even drivers complain they can't use Yandex maps because now they are competitors. Secondly, non-existent customer service. I spend 400-500 rubles on each trip and leave tips to drivers. But the last time when a driver stopped somewhere else and we couldn't find him and had to cancel they charged me 69 rubles and refused to reimburse.
I booked a taxi on application and paid with my debit card. But i made wrong destination. I cancelled and my money wasn't pay back. I thought you should check it again. The customer should pay after they finish their journey.
Cannot add MasterCard as a payment method neither from taxi, nor from scooter activity. Recurrent transaction was completed, paid amount was returned but nothing was changed even after reboot/restart. Also, cannot pay with GooglePay for scooter rent. So, the app is useless for me. One star for availability of taxi service.
I always get responses from the support in the app support chat, it might take several minutes, but still. Once I had an issue with the driver and was given a complementary promo to get a discount on the next ride. Works for me
Nearly missed a train because apparently ordering a car 6 hours in advance to an appointed time is USELESS. Good to know they care that little. No point using the service
Out driver had been constantly closing eyes and had a hard time not falling asleep at the wheel. No responsibility taken, silly excuses, no compensation. Moreover, their responses indicate that said driver continued to take further orders regardless of complaint.
Drivers start ignoring orders. They accept order and then moving to wrong direction. Maybe motivation part of salary not good. I don't know what is happening but you must give penalty to drivers who didn't work on received orders. Also after car arrives driver sometimes said that he will not drive because not enough money and ask cancel order. Driver cancel order like I didn't come but this isn't true. Again need penalty for case that driver don't want to continue order after arrival. Terrible
Prices are much higher than in competitors apps, unfortunately. Occasionally can find a taxi when others can't, other times vice versa.
The most sluggish app in its class. Also every time you're going to get a taxi the app thinks a lot and eventually you have to use another service.
Seriously the worst taxi app ever. They are charging you before even find a ride for you and then you cannot cancel it. And also they have most stupid drivers around. This app can cause waste of your money and time.
Don't add your bank cards for payment, even before find a driver for your order, they are deducting money, with my situation they just deduct money from a card( ~ 820 rub.) , as they telling by their mistake, but already 4 day's are gone, still didn't get refund.
During the quarantine it's hard to get a taxi with this app, because prices are low for clients and drivers prefer other apps because of their higher prices. But with coming of this app to the Akademgorodok, local taxi services went bankrupt, so it's rly hard to get a taxi there.
Списывают в разы большие суммы, чем указано при заказе. You may lose your money using this app. They say that you'll pay 2 dollars when you're making an order, but you'll pay 10 dollars or even more!!! Use another taxi app.
Awfully. They'll charge you double price. Support will say everything's OK, charging double price is something you have to put up with using this service.
The customer service department is never ready to help with refunds of miscalculated rides as they just told me you agreed in "terms and conditions" when using the app. I won't blame the driver for the mistake but app customer care should be helpful like Uber. So "0" stars for app customer service.
The drivers stop at an address you didn't write and charge you extra per minute waiting. Sometimes it takes you a long time to finally find them Sometimes you can't find them. And if you pay by card they never refund your money.
The worst. The price and everything was good but then once I booked taxi and driver stopped somewhere else and says me to come there. there canceling it says to link card to book in future.
Taxi drivers come to wrong places and don't answer the calls. Moreover, It is more expensive then analogs.
Not bad but no signal when taxi confirm the order - 1,2 - Android application map is not any more decreasing to show the nearest car (feature disappeared...)
The worse taxi service ever! Very disappointed. Not only their fare is higher than competitors and you have to wait an eternity for the ride. If I could put 0 stars I would.
Not many drivers, so there is a very long waiting time or even search time. Plus I don't like the fact that you take the money from a card before the ride, even before you found a driver.
The pricing system of the app is insane. The prices are almost double that of other apps and the few times the prices are cheap, you book it and can never find a taxi. You cancel and the price doubles again. Absolutely insane.
