B. How CJ Dropshipping APP works
-Easily Import Dropship Products
Import dropship products from our marketplace. After you find the product you want to import, just click the LIST button and change the price you want to sell, it is ready to be published in your store.
-Connect Existing Products
Connect products you’re already selling on your store to CJ APP. The system only generates orders that products have been connected from your store with CJ’s. You need not change listing on your store, our system will import orders automatically from your store.
-Hide Your Business Secret
We will hide your business secret, once you have top seller products that belong to you only. We will not tell our other customers the products, nor about the sales.
-Post a Sourcing Request
If the products do not exist in our APP, you can post a sourcing request to us, and you will be able to list it or connect it once the sourcing success.
-Fulfill Orders Automatically
To ship a product to your customer, just click “Add to Cart” and confirm the orders. Everything else is automatically done by CJDropshipping.
-Bulk DropShipping Orders by EXCEL or COPY and PASTE
If you still like to use excel or CSV orders model, then you can use the Import Excel Orders button, there will be two options for upload EXCEL or COPY and PASTE for this style. The system will calculate the amount itself, you will be able to download tracking numbers anytime you like.
-Pre-order Inventory with CJDropshipping and US warehouse shipping
To keep a full inventory could improve your orders processing speed. For stocked products, we can process them as fast as the same day. You can order inventory for the hot products with discount price. Also, we have our own US warehouse for order processing.

A very glitchy app. Can't contact agent cause "connection failed" no matter how many times I try. When I try to list, it says "failed to just because it's already listed" but it's not listed on my account. Please fix your glitches. And it'll also be good if you can allow us to change the currency and language.
Why is it all of a sudden playing random piano music?? This LOUD audio music can only be switched off by exiting the App? Weird. Am I the only one this happening to? I was able to identify it as CJ App by closing it on my phone, however it doesnt happen each time, just happens randomly, been happening since Sat 17 October, App updated 19 Oct but still doing it. CJD can you please get it to STOP, highly annoying/distracting & embarrassing if using App in Public. Turning down Audio does not work.
Great app. Able to manage products and orders easily. One unusual thing is I get random loud music when I open the app. Please create a fix for this asap and have this loud music removed. It happens sometimes and I have to close the app to stop the music.
I give them 5 stars. It's really helpful. Their customer service is so amazing and responds promptly. I love this app. But they should also modify the affiliate model in such a way that it can be accessible on phone. So that people without PC can run their business smoothly. Please the developers should look into this as soon as possible. Have been trying to join with my phone but couldn't.
So far. It is a great option. There is allot of documentation that needs to be paid out clearer though, when it comes to packaging and pricing. You guys need to add ALLOT more filters in the marketplace, and if you had a way to check the different regions that you guys can get suppliers from, it would be perfect. Contact me and I can give you more ideas and fixes that will bring you more business.
Garbage app. Needs a lot of work. The app is very slow to load products. Too slow to be of any use compared to Alibaba or Ali Express apps. Also the login is slow, doesn't remember your password, and also once you reset it doesn't log you in. Keep working on it guys.
This CJ dropship system is good 1) but app is so bad takes a lot time to loads and 2) one wrong keyboard doesn't show the product that you wanna search, even though the product is available on it 3 I have to open this in pc everytime so app is useless basically like AliExpress app is so fast and Flexible but cj app developer is doesn't even 1% of it
SCAMMERS. I had some orders with them and when there's a problem with a product they won't accept any returns/refunds as they claim in their policy, their support will keep dodging your request as much as they can for a month or so, wasting your time and then they will say they can't do anything to you. And IF you start a dispute with paypal they will instant ban you just like that. These guys are scammers and they know nothing about business.
I put in my eBay store, and it's trying to connect but it keeps saying Network error. I have full bars and I'm using reliable wifi, so it's not my connection. Why is this happening?
This app and the service is so bad!!!! It makes it sound so easy to dropship it has the crappiest items for really expensive. And not easy to navigate the app. CRAAAAP!!!!! I'd give NEGATIVE 5 Stars if I can!!!!!
Poor customer Service. No communication Skills . Not solve the problems and get back to you. Can't listing via mobile App. Now can't sourcing via mobile App. Used " Copy and paste " for all reply/ I'll check. Reply the worst experience ever After my negative feedback. CJ dropshipping is the one stop dropshipping app, support is great help me get set. No complaints better the AliExpress, and the team will source product. Now t scale big time.
I can't even log in, I even changed my password and tried again to no avail. Tried the same log in details on the web and it worked.
I have trouble in registering my email address which im uasing for all the app and online markets. I can change new one but i doubt will face any problems when i want sink my shopee to this apps.
HTC One m8 can't select store for woocommerce when I try to import products under list before submitting. Still getting error message "sorry the data is not found"
A little buggy. Can't change currency from Dollars to Stirling. It lags and I keep having to authorize my store with each item I try to list
I cannot select my store from your apps.. I also cannot list your product to my shoppee, lazada store.. It display failed status.. Please fix it immediately
Good app But some orders take a long time to be prepared and some of them may cancelled due to it's out of stock and don't noticed
it does not even let the select any option, Already signed in still if you click any option to list product it keeps asking password

i like how this is an ecommerce store if i wanted to buy something but im looking for a dropshipping company, no options for uploading your own dropshipping item this cjs ecommerce store, false and misleading title

In the video product section It keeps askinh for cateogaries. Even after selecting the cateogaries. Its still asking no videos

Pooor experience, the app is extremely slow. The website is not much faster to be honest, but this is many times worse. Constant server issues, many times I have to close and reopen the app in a row. The next thing is the music, why on earth would you add music to a shopping app? To make it worse there doesn't even seem to be a way to turn it off. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's certainly not great.
