This app crashes constantly and even when it doesn't it allows me to view available trips less than 10% of the time. I used it a year ago and it worked fine but now it just has me worried that im going to be stuck at the airport waiting all day
terrible. I can't log into my account, I want to be able to repurchase my monthly passes and have a digital ticket like the daily ones they scan. this app is literally useless for every thing
Only shows if bus is on time. If they are late just shows as unavailable at this time. Total BS. Waste of time to even use!!

Useless app. Can't click on departure date and I've no idea which Logan terminal I'll be going to. I just want to buy a ticket to Logan, not to a terminal. USLESS
Lied about Christmas Day times. I had to call/use website to find out for sure, making this app mostly useless

Pretty useless.
This app does NOTHING. I was expecting a way to use my account to purchase tickets and keep an online wallet handy. All this does is show a schedule and estimated departure and arrival times. Who cares? The busses are 95% on-time anyway. App has not been updated in two years... shows you the commitment of C&J. Give credit where it's due, however... their website is pretty good. My only complaint is I cannot save my credit card information as a frequent traveler.
