The interface is really disgusting and it's not that smooth and the options that you should have it's not there, if you want to check your bills you can't get the full information that you need which is really annoying!
It is not working as aspected. The app says there is no mobile for like that in our database. I contacted with customer relation department to sure that is my mobile number is registered or not. They said there is no problem about phone number, but mobile app do not accept it. Needs more work.
App doesnt support English. Totally useless
Türkiye'de elektrik aboneliği olan bir dairem var ama Uygulamayı kullanamadım. çünkü TC kimlik numarası (KİMLİK) gerektiriyor ve bende yok. Bunu çözmek için herhangi bir fikriniz var mı? ************ I have an apartment with electricity subscription in Turkey, but I could not use the App. because it requires a TR Identity Number (ID) and I don't have it. Any ideas to solve this?

İ hope you add all banks payment. İ try to pay my bill, but your app. didn't accept my visa card.
