ever since the update i havent been able to log onto my CCB app and its very frustrating it says the data network is busy
When it worked it was great but after recent update .. Can't even log on .. completely broken.
I always struggle a little but a quick phone call to the bank always solves the problem.
Easy to use and convenient and private.

This app doesn't execute transfers in real time after the daily cut-off time. The old app did, with my funds immediately available. Without this function the app is basically useless to me, other than a simple account viewer. Really not happy with it.
Would rather use the old online app. Plus the person i had to talk to at customer service was very rude.
Can not even get into it. After reading the other reviews I know its not just me. Uninstall ) :
Worst app on the planet, I can no longer stay on top of my banking, I can't log in 90% of the time, I would fire the contractor for the online banking immediately

I liked the old app a lot more. It worked great better than my other bank. This new app stinks.
The old app was not broke why was there a need to fix it. I followed the instructions to sign in and it did not work. I called the bank for help and got the rudest person. I'm thinking of changing banks which is sad because I use to work for CCB.

Won't open. The previous worked great.
Loaded it and couldn't get in to use it. So I uninstalled it. The old one worked fine.

On December 5th, a change in the interphase happened. I was able to finally stumble across how to deposit checks. Not the best upgrade to the user interface
