My password no longer seems to work and now my Mother's name is incorrect (it's not) plus it's not recognizing my group number. I can't log on or change my password.

Login works as expected. Unfortunately I think there is a security flaw. This app provides access to VERY sensible data, but it looks like the app is not offering any kind of additional security measures besides the usual login, like required fingerprint each time the app is opened. Not sure if I continue to use the app because of security concerns.

This app is garbage. Constantly shuts down, not very user friendly, doesn't remember my login credentials, glitches out when submitting claims

Tried to log on to the app but always run into and error message and logs me off automatically. The old claim 360 I could actually use, this omni version won't even function past the log in screen, password reset is no help either. All the Info I enter is correct but still won't accept and the help line has inconvenient hours for how long you wait on hold. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't work anymore and should not be the only solution, fix the bugs or stop getting people to use your app

Can't use Group retirement savings register. I forgot my username and password and can't retrieve it. I tried to registered again but no success. Application is useless even health insurance is not showing much.

The app works for getting basic information but it is missing "dental care" as an option under "add a professional" as well as a handful of necessary things. Some more modern features like fingerprint login would also be appreciated.

States I am not eligible for group claim service. Despite my having installed the app via a link in an email to me from Desjardins. Completely useless. What's worse is the other app, studentcare, has a bug which makes it impossible to submit claims. So I guess I can't use my insurance policy at all. Thanks for nothing you vampires

Terrible. The app opens a seperate instance for each page you go to. Can't submit certain claims, with no reason why. Only shows claims made on mobile devices. I stopped even trying to use the app.

I'm very annoyed I have to download an app just to get access to a screenshot of my payment card when having it in my wallet is a much easier solution. Edit: Ended up saving a screenshot of the payment card screen and storing it in my phone files, deleted the app afterwards.

Unable to add a dental provider in my professionals. There is no entry for Dentist or dental hygienist. The app also opens a new version of itself everytime you open something inside the app. It's ridiculous. Also doesn't support biometric login.

Garbage app. Doesn't let me open my retirement plan. Contacted the help number they were useless. Deleted and redownload still doesn't work. You can just respond the same way to every review that says the same problems. That doesn't fix the app. Redownload Ed Multiple time. Reached to customer service. Your response is just a response. Fix your app. 07/15/21 app is still garbage just like every single review says before mine. I'll be back next month and every month after that to update this.

This app is terrible, keep trying to file a claim but when I add a provider it doesn't save and just keeps asking to add a provider. App keeps freezing and won't let me do anything now. Literally just downloaded it too

This used to slowly work but ever since an update 4-6 weeks ago it's stopped working. I open with my biometric and it just keeps spinning. I can't submit expenses and have to do it via the web.

I have logged in before in the previous app and now this app is not letting me change my username. I have tried the forgot user name and it's not letting me change my username or password because it is not accepting my security details. There is no help calling customer service because the line is always busy and takes a long time for someone to answer

I can't even look for a provider that does direct billing to my group benefits -.-! Just says that something went wrong and to call. But I don't want to have to call somebody when their app says I can look it up! 😠 Fix the app! Seriously!

Not very user friendly. Why can't you make this like Sunlife? At least you have League with that fingerprint login... Please implement that. Also, why can't I submit a claim after my benefits are finished? Why do I have to physically mail you? That's just counter intuitive in this day and age. If I could give you 0 stars, I would. Appalling app and so is the company for not being able to do any better. Pathetic.

Had to uninstall and re-install to make it work again. Works like the web site but without the need to enter credentials since you can use fingerprints to unlock.

Be nice if the app could tell me why a claim was denied I stead of making me guess as to what went wrong. App fails to display correct amount left in health savings account although it does list claims made it cannot do the math and show a correct amount until 2 days later. Horrible app just like the provider.

I'm unable to login. T Keeps saying wrong password. I go through to reset it and it says it failed due to wrong username or password yet I'm trying to change it. I called 3 times and waited forever for no one to pick up. Terrible

Won't even let me sign up for the online services, gives me an error every time despite double checking the required fields. Anyway, I'm glad I have this insurance thru my employer since I'd hate to actually be dealing with these clowns directly.
