Update not working. I have an android phone, it keeps telling me to update it, but when I click update there's nothing in the PlayStore. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to hopefully get the update but that didn't work. The app won't even let me login without this update that isn't working.

Whenever I open the app I get a pop up saying to update. When I click on it I get to the Playstore where there is no update option. So I can't update or login. Tried uninstall and reinstall to not avail. Honestly claimsecure is a really lame employer benefit administrator and the app was the only good thing Going for them. Now there just plain bad across the board.

Why is it when I try to log in with my fingerprints it says user name or password incorrect?! I never changed my password. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing. I even deleted my password and put it back in. These glitches are really annoying.

It was working well when I first installed it, but as with other reviews here it won't let me log in due to an update. It gives you an update button to press which brings me directly to the Google store. There is no update that downloads. I tried un-installing and re-installing and it still does the same thing so this is definitely an issue with the app.

Having the same issue where i tap to update and it tells me to click in open. There is no update button and now i cant log in to the app at all. Where is the update button? Put it on the dam screen so i can check my coverage balances and refunds! I even unistalled and reinstalled, but no luck. Does not update, not workimg, please fix!!!

Can't find my provider ever, I always have to submit a photo for the first time using a provider. Also, balances are very hard to find. Not an user friendly app.

Very poor UI. Slow response to just about anything. Button clicks are uncertain. Android keyboard popup in text fields covers the results (app needs to clear the keyboard when typing so you can see). When it asks for a photo receipt, and using the take a picture option, you must manually find the picture you've just taken, rather than load the picture directly to the app. The only app that causes me to sigh in frustration when I know I have to use it. Hire actual UX people next time.

This is quite a dismal app. very slow and barely functional. lists are very long to scroll through. The slow response makes you wonder if it's doing anything. Date picker is unpredictable and sometimes doesn't come up. Image attachment is cumbersome and non intuitive. it works but is frustrating to use for simple things like submitting claims.

It's nice to have the app as an option, but it's very buggy. For example receipts must be uploaded, but there's nowhere in the claiming process where you can upload a receipt. Sometimes new claims appear in the "receipts" section, sometimes not. New claims appear automatically as paid when that isn't their true status.

It tells me I can't log in until I install the update. I click on the Google store link, and there is no update option available. I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled and still won't let me log in without the updated, but THERE IS NO UPDATE!!!!

The app sure seems to be basic but I don't need something fancy. I'm content with it as long as it does the basics. Allow me to upload my claim and images and get paid faster than sending it via mail. However, I need to review my profile today and I find out there is an update. Strange how it doesn't auto update like most apps I use. Came here to update the app and it won't update. I can't access my account any more from my cellphone. That's frustrating. Pls fix asap. TY.

For those stuck in the update-open-update loop, I was provided a work around by helpdesk - 1. In the Play store, click on your name initial at top right next to the search bar 2. Click on Manage apps and device 3. Click on Update available. 4. You should see claim secure app there with an Update button next to it. Click that and you should be able to log in to the app after update completes.

Haven't used it much, but works well so far. I wish it didn't go full screen. There's no reason for it to hide the status bar at the top, or buttons at the bottom.

Slow, not user friendly UI. Doesn't show photo claims submitted list. also when submitting claim it doesn't ask for receipt first time but when click on submit button then shows an error that you didn't attach a receipt. Then user has to go back and attach receipt. Cannot use the phone navigation keys to go back, user has to use back button given inside the app that is again not available on all pages.
