Absolutely useless. It won't recognize any documents I've saved on my phone. The permissions are set yet still nothing.
Absolutely pathetic that this app is even available for download. Can't use it to take a pic for a claim (crashes every time). Useless. It's a shame I can't give this app a -100 Star rating.
unable to review photo of sumitted claim and thus send out of focus claims. was promised fix last year but still a "feature". no ability to view submitted claims etc
App won't take photos and is therefore useless. It doesn't even request permission to access the camera.
can't log in tried so many times, i reset the password is the same. nothing happened.

We a broker and now use this app. Super easy to use. Recommended.
Logging in was easy. Setting up the banking info was frustrating as the screen kept refreshing each time I went to another window to check my bank account details. I don't have my transit, institution and account numbers memorized so looked them up, wrote them down, and then transcribed into this app. You could save us a step by preventing the refresh when the app regains focus. Increased to 4 stars for adding file upload for receipts. Well done!
