App works great and easy to use but difficult to transfer to new phones and provides no instructions on how to do so. The easiest way appears to be re-enrolling from the website. You do need to get the code from your old device to get in.

As others stated changed phone to note 10 Samsung and the app won't work at all. Wondering what everyone else is doing to get their log in codes? It's super frustrating having to turn on the old phone everytime I need to log in. Thanks

Every time I try using this app, I have to enter my "Password" over 10 times before it accepts it and the whole process is really time consuming!! Not happy with it at all!! This need to be fixed!

Just like everyone else i upgraded my phone to the Samsung note 10 and cannot access this program. Not impressed...at least for the time being I can get the authenticator code from my old device.

I just upgraded my samsung note 8 to a note 10 plus the clarity app doesn't work on my new phone its asking for a code and the app keeps crashing. so frustrated.

Just got a new tablet and I'm looking to work off this tablet for real estate. This app always crashes when I try to get a code so I have to use my phone to do this.

Just switched to Samsung Note 20 Ultra, this app is not working for some reason, was working fine on my old phone. Can anyone suggest what to do??

Why would you make the numbers smaller and harder to see?? The numbers are the only reason this app exists...for me at least. The numbers should be the size of the entire screen as far as I'm concerned.

With the latest Jan 2020 updates, the App loading time takes much longer. Please investigate. I am using Android version.

This is the worst app. I went twice to Treb office to install on my phone it works for 2 - 3 days and than stop working don,t allow to log on MLS. Keep calling and getting temporary password. Frustration but nothing else. I don,t understand why Treb need to get involve with this app, we go to bank use our own code /password to with draw cash or deposit money do not need any authentication. Why needed for log in to MLS? Its a cash grab members should contact board and protest. I would give 0 (zero)

Simple app that works as it should and so far no issues. Quick and easy to install.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO CALL TREB TO GET HELP.. it will disabled your working authentication

Where is a finger print authorization???? You are behind times.....

You may need to SWIPE LEFT and DELETE ur token if you cannot log in and do the process all over again (migrate token) from a desktop and log in from there...
